Everything about our experience with HCD Chauffeur Drive was superb, from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the journey.
We contracted HCD for a full-day trip for a delegation of senior international guests, travelling from London (Kew Gardens area) to the Grain LNG terminal in Kent and back. Given the profile of the delegates and the importance of the visit, it was essential that the transport arrangements were seamless, professional and reliable — and HCD delivered exactly that.
From the initial briefing, the team took the time to properly understand our requirements and were extremely helpful throughout the booking and payment process. They recommended a 20-seater Executive Sprinter, which was exactly what we needed for the delegation.
A few days before the trip, we were provided with the details of our designated driver, Claudio, who was excellent throughout. His communication was professional and courteous, and his driving was first-class. He clearly knew the London and Kent routes very well and did an excellent job of navigating us to Grain LNG using the best possible route, while ensuring that the journey remained comfortable and stress-free.
The Sprinter itself was exactly as shown in the photographs and as agreed at the time of booking. It was extremely comfortable, well presented and, importantly for a long day, the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The vehicle arrived at our collection point punctually and even slightly ahead of schedule, which was particularly appreciated given the importance of keeping a large delegation on schedule. Claudio's professional conduct and experience were evident throughout the entire day.
Overall, the whole experience was exceptionally smooth and well organised. HCD Chauffeur Drive provided exactly the standard of service we were looking for, and we are very grateful to the team for helping make an important visit run so smoothly.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in using HCD again and, as the need arises, will certainly be in touch. We now regard HCD Chauffeur Drive as a trusted provider for executive group transportation in London.

We used HCD Transport for two full days of private touring with our family of eight—approximately 10 hours touring London on our first day and a 12-hour trip to Bath and Stonehenge on our second.

Because my 83-year-old mother uses a mobility scooter, accessible transportation was extremely important to us. HCD provided a gorgeous, spacious coach that accommodated approximately 30 passengers, even though our group consisted of only eight family members plus our private tour guide. The extra space was fantastic, but most importantly, the coach was equipped with a mobility ramp that made getting my mother and her scooter on and off the vehicle significantly easier throughout two very busy days.

Our driver, Roc, was absolutely exceptional.

He was incredibly patient and attentive with my mother and her mobility needs. Every time we entered or exited the coach, Roc made sure she was comfortable and safely accommodated. He was meticulous, prompt, pleasant, accommodating, and extremely professional throughout both days.

Having a beautiful, comfortable coach is important, but having the right driver makes all the difference—especially when traveling with an elderly family member who requires additional assistance. After spending roughly 22 hours with Roc over two days, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service he provided.

The coach itself was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making the longer journeys to Bath and Stonehenge much more enjoyable for our entire family.

We would highly recommend HCD Transport and especially Roc to anyone looking for private transportation in London or for longer excursions throughout England. For families traveling with elderly guests or anyone requiring mobility assistance, our experience was outstanding.

Customer service was prompt and made scheduling plus adjustments easy. The driver was helpful and the vehicle was clean and spacious which we needed for our luggage.

HCD tried to change the quoted price of the trip after multiple emails & confirmations!

When I pointed out their clear contradictions in their correspondence with me, instead of doing the sensible customer-service oriented thing and owning up to their mistake, they insisted on a higher price. I find this completely unacceptable, and I recommend people look into more trustworthy businesses that quote you and stick to the price!

I first contacted them on 30 Jun asking for a quote for a car that would cover three drop-off locations in Central London, providing two exact postcodes and writing that I would confirm the third drop-off. Someone names Hamisha wrote back the same day and wrote that "The below pricing includes up to three drop-off locations within Central London." When I had the third postcode, I replied and specifically asked "Could I confirm the quoted pricing would remain the same for the following route" including the three exact postcodes, and I also requested a call to discuss logistics. HCD's response was "I have noted the revised itinerary" and a call for logistics was agreed — mostly to discuss a pregnant guest and ensuring that the pick-up would be smooth.

First of all, the agreed time for the logistics call was not respected. Hamisha was late to call me, and they did not apologize or mention their lateness at all. Then, they tried to switch up the price on my by phone, insisting that "discussion about logistics" would meant a change from 2 to 3 postcode, which is just absurd because there is written contradiction from Hamisha herself that the original quote covers three drop-offs in Central London.

On principle, this is bad business, bad customer service and honestly really ticked me off. Whatever they respond to this review to justify themselves, without owning up to a mistake first, it's just gaslighting and blaming instead of owning up to their own shortcomings.

What a great company. Booking was easy on line with clear costs. I was requested to send ID documents and photo of card used for payment. This shows the professionalism of the company. Which was fine as this was a first time I had booked.
I received the booking details with drivers name and registration all clearly displayed.
Both the drivers were punctual professional and friendly. We really felt looked after.
Communication from the drivers was also really good.

The organisation of our travel experience for my husbands 65th birthday was fantastic. It was a lovely well kept vehicle and the driver was very accommodating. Contact was made with us at every stage of our travel. The driver arrived to collect us on time and was very polite and helpful. I would definitely book with HCD again in future.

Very responsive to requests. Someone always available to talk to if logistics change. Cars are very clean and the drivers are always on time and very polite.

I use HCD often for one of my executives whenever he travels from New York and he is always pleased with their service. They are punctual, reliable and the drivers are lovely.
