Excellent and efficient

I know Kay before my actual job. Since Nov 2020 I have kept a close professional contact with her and she was very efficient in solving all my inquiries. She is helping me with my timesheets, finding me accommodation and responding very promptly to all my inquiries. She was able to motivate me to leave my job in Scarborough and I am happy for this change. She is very professional and in the same time she is a warm and kind person. HCL Workforce has a great team and professionals!

I completely appreciate how frustrating delayed payment can be. However, we are unable to process timesheets which aren’t approved by the trust. I’d urge you to ensure that timesheets are completed and submitted to the trust on time to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Avoid HCL if you are paeds

I work in paediatrics. HCL books me in just into one trust. I do not get any emails with any other shifts. The guy who books my locums was trying to force me to work shifts I didn't want to do and wanted to cut my rates.

Highly recommended locum agency

I have been working with HCL doctors for many years. Very helpful and supportive staff.

No day without a job, unless the locum chooses to. Honest and clear confirmation, getting the support as and when needed, including the excellent appraisal system; MEDSU.

I would love to continue working with HCL and would recommend it to colleagues.

HCL Review

HCL are very professional and offer excellent rates. I would definitely recommend them to others. My recruitment consultant Greg Western has a lot of experience and is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with them for years and I am very happy.
