We bought the Luxury Tulip Wing Sleigh Bed and couldn’t be happier. The overall support over WhatsApp was awesome. They kept us informed about the delivery date and time. The guys came in and fit the bed within a few mins or so. Really happy with the bed specially given the price. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely beds , massive bed to be honest and really sturdy.
I was send a replacement item days later as I noticed a scratch on one part.

Really fast delivered and in great condition.

The driver was really helpful and in contact via WhatsApp, Bed set up was really easy, very well designed bed.

Great company quick delivery .Had abit of damage to side rail and they sent a new one straight away quick response and bed is beautiful highly recommend them thanks hd beds.

I have to admit that my experience from hd beds was absolutely amazing from start to finish I was kept updated even the delivery driver kept me informed so I knew exactly what time he was coming they even made up my bed and it was done to the highest standard clean and tidy well worthy of a five star WELL DONE GUYS

My recent purchase from HD beds was excellent from start to finish. Communication with them from start to finish was excellent (so rare these days!). Loads of choice from styles to fabrics, to storage etc etc. I was so glad I paid extra for them to assemble the bed because it was bulky and heavy. Absolutely delighted with my choice and I am sure we will order more from them in future.

Good clear pay but terrible service from HD beds not trust worthy

This has to be the best bed company out there, after being scammed by another company.
I checked the reviews on this company and WOW.
Rash seems to be the guy in charge and he helped me putting up the bed by WhatsApp.
Any problems his response is quick and very thorough

Dealing with them and delivering all spot on and price . Product head board split joining clips not so great there where holes in the side of headboard for what looks like more sturdy fixing but non where supplied not a biggy worst case it could be screwed together looks great

Really good communication.. quick delivery. Really happy with the service. delivery drivers called to say their eta, couldn't have asked for better communication. Bed is lovely and looks just like the pictures really easy to assemble.

My mum was weary about ordering online but after reading the amazing reviews we decided to order. After ordering we decided we wanted to change the headboard slightly and they were very accommodating. We were given 2 delivery dates to choose from and then received a text on the delivery day with the approximate time.

The delivery guys were fantastic and extremely helpful.

The bed looks great and was very easy to put together.

One of the best services I have ever had when purchasing. I contacted HD Beds via WhatsApp to ask about information on the bed, I did not expect a reply because it was a Saturday evening, but received a reply within 10 minutes. A big shout out for Rash who noted I had ordered a different colour from the picture I sent and a different base, if it was not for Rash I would have ordered the wrong colour. Thank you for a great bed and a brilliant service.

From start to finish the service was excellent.

From sending samples to the delivery I was very impressed.

I would definitely recommend.

Where do I Start!

I contacted them on WhatsApp to see if they could send me some colour samples to which they immediately responded and said they would send them in the post. Within 2-3 days they arrived which was great.

I then placed my order to which immediately I had a message to say that it would be delivered the following week and had made a note of the comment I had made on my order. The day before delivery, I received my timeslot for the following day. I asked if I could be contacted 30 mins before delivery to ensure somebody was at home to which they said they would. The day came and 30 minutes before, they rang me to say they were on their way. The bed was delivered in perfect condition and correct.

Absolutely amazing service and have recommended to everybody I speak to and will definitely use again in future.
