This company is a complete scam. Ordered a replacement board for my subwoofer. They immediately took my money from PayPal, but sent no order confirmation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was never sent a tracking number weeks after the purchase. I sent an email and got no response. Luckily, I used PayPal so I filed a complaint and sent them after this shady company.

Purchased a product BUT IT NEVER CAME, they do not answer emails and STOLE MY MONEY! SCAM!

Ordered an item for an extremely low price. Seemed too good to be true, and apparently it was. They took my money OK, but have not responded to any of my inquiries for when it might be sent. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and I'm sure I'll get a refund, but the 'company' hasn't responded to them either. So I wait. Lesson learned.

Bought some replacement speakers for my Logitech 5.1 X-530 system. Took about a week because i chose the flat rate shipping but came in looking new and works perfectly.

When it arrieved at my place, it was taken by the deliverypostal service (stole my adapter)

I have contact HDETRON and the were very nice, and send me an new one.
So i hope now it will come nicely and complete to me, overal a nice experience.
It was not the fault of the company, but from the postalservice (they stole my product)
