HDM Solar レビュー

I arrived at the Port Talbot branch and was warmly greeted, my requirements were expertly worked out by James and the crew and was kitted out in rapid time. I received expert advice which was greatly received and has helped me with my unique task. I can not recommend the Port Talbot branch highly enough, and the best was the pricing.

I ordered a solar panel and mounting rail via Ebay and received a phone call querying delivery problem.
(Courier would not deliver to my postal code)
I explained my location and that had no problem getting couriers to deliver to my address.
With minimun delay they found another courier and I received the order promptly. Excellent courtious service.

HDM are much needed in the local area of Neath Port Talbot - not only saving the community money but also reducing its carbon footprint! Friendly and efficient service👍

Great service from Alex and team, quick turnaround and good prices

I dealt with Alex, as a builder using solar panels on a new build job was a bit daunting knowing absolutely nothing about the process. Alex came out and put us at ease with what was needed etc.
Great help and very reasonable

Alex from the Port Talbot branch always goes above and beyond to help. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and HDM Solar.

Alex has been super helpful , great knowledge on design and hardware.

Brand new branch, had the pleasure of attending their opening event. Great team who offer a high level of knowledge and customer service. There was a great buzz around the branch. Good luck 👍👍

HDM go above and beyond to serve their customers. Malcolm at the basildon branch deserves a special shout out. His continued unwavering support for my developing business is second to none.

As an ex installer I feel he really knows the difficulties out there on site and has moved heaven and earth to support us on site when things have not gone to plan.
I look forward to working with Malcolm more in the future!

New company in the area , decided to give them a try wasn’t disappointed nothing was a problem… even when an issue arose it was sorted before it became one …. Highly recommend giving them a go for service & price 👍

Tom from the Bournemouth branch has been a massive help to our business whether it’s with design or organising materials. He has gone above and beyond. Definitely recommend HDM Solar. They also have trade days with manufacturers coming in the branch to show installers their products.

Tom is our account manager and I cannot fault him. From the first visit to the office he was knowledgeable, professional and personable. We have had other visits for various things we have wanted to go through from mounting systems and so on, always turning up on time, and delivers it in a friendly unrushed manner. Something that is important to us as a busy business. Replies to emails quickly and will always return our phone calls. It an absolute pleasure and very pleased that we have Tom as our account manager! Also to Becky in the office who is always most helpful with our requests and organises our deliveries to different sites.

HDM have been a great wholesaler of solar installation kit for us over the past 6 months, Polite, Friendly & Responsive.
Tom Way has been especially helpful in organising our day to day orders and questions about the products hdm stock

Fantastic wholesaler the kit is always well stocked and current, delivery issues are negligible as they use their own fleet. Add to this top quality account management from Tyrone, we couldn't ask for a better partner in our campaigns. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

HDM are a class act. They stand head and shoulders above other solar PV suppliers. I have been in business 9 years now and have used many suppliers. Without a shadow of a doubt HDM provide the best service especially from Tyrone and his team in Sheffield. No issues with deliveries and price is also on point.
For example; yesterday Tyrone dug us out of the you know what by supplying rare panels to two different sites across the UK in time for the installation to take place without delays.
I cant recommend highly enough.
