Used them for first time last night
Used them for first time last night. It is like travelling down the road in the 1980's under high pressure sodium streetlights.
On passing really bright lights, I was amazed to be able to see everything at all times. Also when I had someone following me on what appeared to be full beam on a dual carriageway, as they overtook, the side lenses meant that the lenses got a little brighter, but it meant that I could still see.
On pulling up behind someone queuing up at traffic lights and when they leave their foot on the brake, these lenses even softened the piercing light that those also emit.
It did take me some time to decide who was the original supplier as places such as Ebay, Amazon and Facebook were all a wash with yellow lens copycat's including one from the UK who shouted loudest, but did not have an entry on the Trustpilot website, I advise you read the 1 star that some people have left, wrongly for this company very carefully. Some of these offers for £10 each and get 2 for £20 are just too cheap for anyone to be able to pay for costs of manufacture and R&D costs, avoid the one that is based in Covent Gardens, London, my research had found that a number of scams have come out of that address.
The one you want has Orange lenses. This reminds me of my 1980's Cebe orange ski goggles, they brighten the visual experience and protect from the blue/white snow blindness.
The ones from Phoenix, Arizona, with a genuine trademark of "glarecut", with the following credentials are the real ones to look out for:
Trademark Status: Records indicate a trademark filing for "GLARECUT TECHNOLOGY" by Headlight Glasses LLC, with a filing date of July 23, 2024.
The registered trademark means this company has the genuine legal protection and can go after copycats, they have the law on their side.
These are just brilliant.

Although somewhat skeptical I decided to try one last time to see if these glasses were any different from all the others out there...well to my surprise upon receiving these glasses, I immediately put them on over my glasses and went for a drive ar night. Wow, these glasses REALLY work...I haven't felt so comfortable driving at night in a long time...minimal glare, if any and no more squinting etc

Very sceptical of any "anti-glare" type glasses, however, I chose to buy these from the USA as the marketing was very good. Turns out the product is not good. Glare is not reduced, it is simply changed to a yellow glare. Not sure how these are tested but in all good faith I certainly could not recommend these glasses.

Make sure you order from the right company
There are so many copycat companies out there (with terrible reviews), so I did my research and ordered from headlightglasses.com which is in America. Shipping from the US is free - even to the UK, and there is no import tax on orders below £135. I ordered on 10 January and they arrived on 28 January. The glasses are effective - I can now look right at an oncoming car with very bright LED headlights. It's made driving at night much less stressful. The glasses also fit easily over prescription glasses. They came with a sturdy protective case to keep them in the car. I am recommending them to friends in their 50s who drive at night and who are finding the LED headlights blinding.

Copycat Headlightglasses website
I was interested in these glasses when an advert for them popped up on Facebook. Having been scammed by a Facebook pop-up previously, I turned to google and my first hit was a sponsored hit for getheadlightglasses.co.uk. It was exactly like what I'd seen on Facebook so I fell for it. When they took a while to arrive and the tracking info looked suspicious, I turned to Trustpilot and saw that somebody else had complained of slow delivery and it transpired that he had bought from a copycat website. I scrutinised both websites, getheadlightglasses.co.uk and the genuine site headlight glasses.com, and all the appearance of the website and nearly all the claims made for the products were identical except that getheadlightglasses.co.uk glasses did not boast polarisation. Lo and behold my glasses, when they arrived, were not polarised. Furthermore, I took them to Specsavers who told me that the tinting will not help in any way and that one should not wear polarised glasses for night driving. I'm not worried about my card details as I used PayPal for payment. The copycat company claims to give a full refund if not entirely satisfied. I've asked for a full refund but, as the saying goes, pigs might fly! What can be done, if anything, about copycat websites?

The Headlight glasses are very effective at night, cutting out glare from oncoming vehicle lights. I would recommend them. The only negative thing was, on arrival both lenses were out of the frames, but I was able to pop them back in securely.

Works really well but beware of copy cat site
I got these for my husband as he picks me up from work a couple time a week and although I had gotten him some clip on ones they still didn't stop him getting headaches from the bright lights, I originally saw a advert on Facebook but me being me googled it first to check it was a legitimate company, glad I did as the ones I bad seen is a copy cat company here in the UK where as the ones I actually order were the authentic one,only . UK was the difference in the website, hubby was so pleased with them they have cut out all the glare and said it's the first time he has actually quite enjoyed the drive home, I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive as they are made in Arizona so have to come re airmail, they work really well so glad I checked out first so ordered from the correct company not a copycat which I think seeing their reviews just don't match up to the original product, we are very pleased with these, I got a spare care as well

I waited until I had received both (two weeks from the US) before doing a direct performance comparison by looking at the LED streetlamp outside my house. The copycat glasses were as disappointing as feared, and really only tinted the glare yellow with no difference to the brightness or the glare pattern. The âreal thingâ were an immediate success, with the glare pattern and bloom gone, and the amber colour, although slightly darker, making a real difference to the comfort of the light source, where I could now make out the detail of the bulb itself. The others will be going in the bin where they belong, and although I am a few quid down and annoyed at myself for lack of my usual research I am happy that I have a product which lives up to its claims.
