Exceptional customer service from Giles at this company. He replied to a query over a bank holiday weekend and solved the problem with my elderly parents pump in their fish pond. After my initial e mail he phoned me straight away on a Friday tea time to help me resolve the problem then he followed it up with an e mail stating what he thought the problem would be.
Thanks to his help the fish in the pond and my parents were happy.

Recently dealt with Giles, their Lake Specialist, regarding my lake which is silted up. He talked me through the science of it all and we've come up with a plan! Absolutely first class in his approach, honest, extremely knowledgeable and passionate! As a novice myself, having the expert support moving forward has filled me with confidence and enthusiasm! I have no hesitation in recommending the Leicester office of this company. Martin, their consultant, arrived on time for the initial visit and quickly recommended a solution to the problem I had - a leak in the fibreglass construction.
I accepted the estimate which was honestly at the top end of what I'd hoped but was justified easily by the end result.
Excavation uncovered a botched construction (about ten years ago). This didn't faze Martin and his assistant Brian who just got on with the job, reinforcing the pond walls, rebedding the paving around the pond, cutting out and replacing the defective fibreglass, rewiring the lighting and electricals etc, all to a much more professional standard than the original. I took Martin's advice on upgrading the pumps/filters and he used his contacts on our behalf to design a planting scheme and source the plants from his trade source at no extra mark up.
Throughout, our fish were cared for safely and the pond now has never looked better.
I am sure that out there are other firms offering 'cheap' pond repair but I'm pleased that I looked beyond the cost and found the true professionals, Head Squared.

We had no recommend but got his details from Google. The pond was green and mucky and the fish were very unhealthy. David came within two days of asking, to view the pond and in no time he Identified the issues and advised us the way forward. We accepted his recommendation and from then on allowed him to get on with the cleaning of the Pond. His way of handing the fish suggests that he doing this like more of hobby and not business. He spend of time watching the fish and caring for them does does not rush at and has lot of patients . He explained to as every step of his action .
We now have a pond with about 30 gold fish and are thrilled to see the happy fish Again swimming from need to end .
We were very pleased with his work and have no hesitation in asking him to maintain our pond
We have great regard for the method of working he adopts taking good care of the surrounding Garden
All we can say is He is wonderful person to come to know and we trust him fully to look after our pond.

We inherited a very delapidated pond when we moved into our bungalow. We had problems with leakage and invited a couple of local tradesmen to help but regretably neither of them were much help so eventually decieded to call in head squared. The survey and work was carried out by David Fernandez and i cannot speak highly enough of Him. He was very proffessional, very curteous and transformed a very tired looking pond into a water feature of which we are now very proud. He even worked over the weekend in order to cmplete the work. I would recommend David to anyone needing work on their pond.

David Fernandez has created a medium to small sized pond with a water cascade for us in our garden in Longworth, Oxfordshire. The initial concept was in consultation with Giles Head but the execution was solely by David. Excellent work. Always on time. Courteous, very hard working and knowledgeable. He seems thoroughly to enjoy his work and appears to get as much of a buzz out of creating a great feature for our garden as the buzz we will get out of the pond in the future. As someone else said he goes the extra mile. Top marks!

David Fernandez is a real gem. My pond emptied itself on 2 occasions without warning, David identified the problem quickly, made sure the fish were safe, ordered the necessary replacement equipment and installed it efficiently. He was very organised,tidy and conscientious, making sure the system was running well and that I understood how to
maintain it. He really went the extra mile, and is an excellent ambassador for his company.

We had a ten-year old pond that needed expert attention and were lucky enough to come across David Fernandez who runs the Hampshire branch of Head Squared Aquatics. He came out promptly to have a look and made sensible proposals for restoring it, including relining to get it back to its intended appearance. He then came exactly when he said he would and did an immaculate job over several days, handling everything, the resident fish included, meticulously. We are delighted with the result.

David has done a brilliant job on our pond. I’ve been struggling for a couple of years to find someone competent. David was not only competent, he was punctual, well mannered, and a thoroughly nice guy. Will certainly have a maintenance programme, and would highly recommend.
Gone from five stars to one! I would have updated this earlier but have only just realised I could. Five stars were given as requested at the time, but getting them back was like pulling hens teeth. I totally understand it’s been difficult with COVID but how much more socially distanced can you get alone in a huge garden. Having spent a good deal of money I certainly wasn’t a priority upon their return to work.

They are good at what they do. Very knowledgeable about ponds and aquatic life in general and very helpful.

We have used our local Head Squared person fro many years. he does an excellent job each Spring and Winter. If we have any issues in-between we know we can pick up the phone and get good advise.

Unfortunately they left the pond grid in an uneven state and then came up with excuses as to why it couldn't be fixed. Until that point I had been pleased with the service.
