Absolutely, I ordered two bottles. One was incorrect, and the other was a dud. After multiple emails, no response. No way to reach out to these people.

I ordered their Java cup last year. The product isn’t that great as it would not keep coffee hot for more than an hour. I did not enjoy the mug at all and few months back the bottom came off. Picture is attached, and when I spoke to the company rep they said it’s not under warranty anymore and they will not do anything about it. I told them that it’s just a feedback call so that they can this feedback and improve on their product but they were rude and arrogant. I will strongly not recommend this product to anybody in my circle of influence.

Many colour options are lot available for a long time ! Few choices only ! It wud be great if many colour options are available !

I have requested for replacement still no communication is received

I received a damage water bottle and theres mean at your website or whatsapp number to exchange or return the same. I have been trying to reach you from past few days and no response from your end

Outstanding product quality and great designs. The best bottle I have ever purchased. Keeps water ice-cold for more than 24hrs.

The bottle I ordered the quality was not that good and the customisation was also average and wasn’t worth that much of my money

1. Order was received in one month
2. Order looked old
3. Name print looks bas and is of different font then advertised
4. Order has dust all over it

I have not received my order and the system says order delivered. There is no way that I can contact or talk to either headway or courier company. I want my order it please refund me my money

Not trust worthy team, once payment is done, they will stop responding to messages/calls... Trying them to reach out from past 20 days, barely they respond.

Even at Twitter I don't see them handling queries in efficient manner.

Pls be aware before you make purchase from them

Quality is okay. When closing the lid its not smooth and takes one more attempt to close

I have received a wrong product please correct my order. ! This is terrible!
Such a terrible service you took 10 days to deliver one order and that to wrong. No one from you team or customer service actually talks. I ordered one tumbler, what you sent was something else and what you printed on the bill was something else this is very much careless!

The quality of the tumbler is good for sure and I love the grip. Stays cold for more than 5 hours but I deducted one point only because it doesn't stay hot for 3 hours - boiling water had become lukewarm by then.

After multiple attempts and remainder’s finally got the product after 2 months I have never faced this kind of instances if product delays hardly one week here 2months

Took 1 month plus to deliver the order. sent wrong order. had to return, Then it asked me if i still want the order. i waited for it and now the seller has cancelled the order.
its not a expensive product to keep following up. but i planned a bottle for my summers much in advance and you failed to deliver it.

Expected a different color yet the one received is also liked

Product quality was top notch...and it is very elegant to use..packaging was quite well.. satisfied

Don't go for their any product...

I am continuously asking for the product return and no body is responding
