My name is Ishwar Singh Chouhan. I am 36 years old and work as a wedding planner in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

For the past two years, I was going through a very stressful phase of life. I was dealing with anxiety related to my health, work, and overall life. I couldn’t focus on my daily routine, had frequent mood swings, unnecessary conflicts, and I wasn’t feeling happy from within.

Initially, I tried to manage everything on my own, but it wasn’t easy. Then I started this healing journey, and it has been a truly positive experience for me. I received great support, and the techniques taught were extremely effective.

Today, I feel much better, happier, and more balanced. I have learned how to deal with anxiety. Problems are a part of life, but now I understand how to handle them and prepare myself for bigger challenges. I feel confident and ready to face anything.

I would honestly rate this experience 11 out of 10.

Just like we trust medicines only after trying them, I would say—give it a chance once, and you will feel the difference yourself. Life is yours, your family is with you, your partner is with you—but coming out of anxiety is something you have to do for yourself.

In my experience, this healing method is one of the best ways to overcome it.
