This company provides consistently great customer service. Their staff are always available on WhatsApp to quickly respond to any queries or concerns I have.
They provide genuine products & deliver quickly.
They’re open about any issues, e.g the odd time an order might be delayed by a day or two. I would really recommend this company to any one who finds they need discreet products quickly.

I have already left a positive review for this business but felt it necessary to leave another one just to say what a fantastic service they provide. Next day delivery and amazing customer service. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely can’t fault these guys. Delivered what I asked for every time on time, questions met and answered well into the evening and personally for me one of the best firms I’ve dealt with for support and honesty in any field. Thoroughly recommend these guys, 5 stars isn’t enough 👍🏻👍🏻

The medication are fake.

NO DELIVERY -- TWICE NOW! They say twice they've received the order, then no money is taken and then after more days, "We do not sell that product". I am trying again and same thing -- "We have your order!" two days in a row but no money taken and contrary to what they say, after two working days NOTHING sent!

I made an order on 5/12, on 11 January I am still waiting despite paying a £10 delivery charge. Baffled by the attitude that it is all due to the festive mail.

I can’t recommend this company more highly, after I was rippped off by other companies this company saved my worries. The meds came next day and are 100% genuine. I’m so pleased I’ve found someone I can now trust

Amended review - consult have promised to send replacement order so I am amending my review as promised. The staff have been lovely and so helpful. Always replied to my messages and were a pleasure to speak to. Fingers crossed I will get my order now.

Original review - An order was placed for 90 pills total. 60 of one lot (I do not feel comfortable writing what on here) and 30 of another. £217.13 was paid sent Special Delivery 1pm next day. Firstly they took over a week to come. Secondly, when I was relieved a package came. To be sorely disappointed what i ordered wasn't enclosed. Not only was the quantity incorrect. 60 were missing? But the few tabs there were unknown to me. I contacted Consult to complain and I must say they're lovely people. However on this occasion the response was stated as "impossible" as if we were lying about what was recieved. Since I still had the packaging the incorrectly sent in and that Royalmail stamp stating it weighed 00.090kg I weighed everything myself. Low and behold the weight an
numbers stamped by Royalmail matched. Indisputable
Proof we were not lying. I also provided pictures of what was recieved from them. I was then told the items were'out of stock' Why wasn't the order rejected in the first instance then. Instead they took the £217 so we were expecting the complete correct order. They have however promised to replace the order with the correct goods and send compensation as a good will gesture. So, if and when I receive this I will update this post. I have placed orders with this company before and never had a problem, the staff were always helpful and polite. Just this instance has been a bad experience. I do believe they will rectify it though. To be continued.............
