Well, I will be very honest here, I was so worried about if they were the genuine product! As I have had plenty of them prescribed by my gp before so I took a risk at these, they are safe from fentinal as I had them tested, I took one to help me sleep and well it worked! 24 hours delivery as promised brilliant company

Firstly I ordered 30 * 2mg Pills but was surprised to receive 2.5mg Pills but even more disturbed to find that the effect was completely non existenent and nothing better than placebo.

I have taken 4 * 2.5mg pills over the last 9 hours and have felt absolutely nothing at all. I'm not sure if this is problem with your suppliers or you own quality controls but I am deeply disappointed given the urgent requirement for this mediation.

I would very much like to receive a full refund for this outrageous customer service and will not be using this company again.

Absolutely shocking company used to be under consulthealth so i had placed an order and they had got my address wrong, so Royal Mail advised they were returning back when I contacted them to tell them this they told me to contact Royal Mail when I did royal mail told me the parcel had already been returned to sender so i contacted consulthealth as they were trading under this name and they told me not unless they received item back and when i asked consulthealth could i have another order i was told i would have to wait until they received the order back. I contacted consulthealth a couple of days later to ask again could I please be sent another order and i was told no it was royal mails fault but it certainly wasn’t as the company put wrong address in so i asked for a refund and was told sorry the company had closed down, but as you can see they are now trading under consult-health

To finalise things I asked for another order again and they said we can send another 90 tablets and when I went on the tracking it said it was signed for by me but it wasn’t so I contacted consult-health again as the new website name but is definitely run by the same person the company and they called me a liar and said you signed for it, i couldn’t have signed for it as I was out for a coffee .

Please don’t go near this company I have lost £300 and they will not refund me there is other good company’s out there that I order from with amazing products but this company is terrible and as you will see from another review they have accused someone else of lying .

Really do avoid this company or you are at risk of losing your money and being called a liar .

I have tried to contact you but you have blocked my number on what’s app and now the number is coming up unrecognised.

So I can’t see how your able to help me!

03/02/24 I have emailed them to ask for my order which i spent £145 on to be resent or my money refunded still no response.

07/02/24 This still hasn’t been sorted so I can tell that I won’t be getting my money back what a dodgy company!

Can’t fault service arrived quickly and efficiently.

I'm so pleased, they were out of stock and so I bought a similar product and it arrived 2 days later! I will definitely shop with them again.

Used twice now for zopiclone. Straight forward east to navigate website. Early to pay by card. Delivered within 2 days by tracked 24hr guaranteed Royal Mail. Was dubious but honestly cannot fault, will defo use again.

Throughly awful company.
I ordered over the Christmas break (bank holidays) so I enquired what the lead time would be and I was promised if I ordered on the 30th they would be delivered on the Tuesday (2nd) - they weren’t. I then messaged again to be told the next day, when they did eventually arrive the tablets had absolutely no effect on me, and I’ve used them before so know how they should effect me. I contacted them to explain, I didn’t blame the company for faulty goods and suggested it could have been a bad batch from their supplier at which point I was accused of lying and denied a refund or replacement until I spent another £100 with them when they would offer 20 free pills. It was then suggested I was lying which is terrible customer service and I would advise everyone to avoid this company like the plague.
