Dear Paul,

We’re not sure if you had an issue with a delivery, or whether this relates to our stated delivery timeframe.

To be clear, as a rule, any order received before 2 pm on a weekday is dispatched the same day, otherwise the following working day. Our policy is to allow up to one week for delivery, as recommended by Royal Mail, although in practice most orders arrive within two days from despatch.

Occasionally, there can be delays due to stock or busy periods, and of course, once dispatched, we are reliant on Royal Mail’s service.

We’ve only recently been listed on Trustpilot, but as you’ll see from other reviews, many customers highlight delivery as a strong point for us.

Hi Phil, we agree. With natural formulations, it takes time for the ingredients to build up in the body before noticeable effects are seen. Most customers report improvements after around two months, and certainly within three. The benefit of this gradual, natural approach is that effects and benefits build and last over time.
