I have been taking these for about a month and although the ordering was quick and the delivery was speedy I have felt no different which is a shame

Good choice of products. Good price. Bought the Perimenopause support. Do feel like I have more energy and focus

I bought this product at CVS because my libido had been very low for years. I had tried many different supplements from Amazon before, but none of them worked for me.
This product really surprised me. I started taking 2 capsules a day, and by the third day I already noticed a big difference. I felt more excited and ready for intimacy again.
It actually worked so well for me that I decided to lower the dose to just 1 capsule per week because the effect was very strong.
For me, this has been a very good product and I would 100% recommend it.

Really noticed a difference with my brain fog. I feel sharper at work again, my fatigue has improved and overall energy has increased.
I will continue this subscription as I’ve tried many products now desperately seeking to reduce my peri menopause symptoms.
I have also recommended this product to a colleague.

I’ve been taking the health and her sleep !! They are terrible. Don’t help me sleep in fact I’m more awake being on them. Don’t use unless you wanna be moody in the morning.

The other health and her 9) and 4) I’m taking are really good.

I have just started but I can definitely feel a difference in my health. Looking forward to the continued progress.

I was having multiple perimenopause symptoms and finally decided to try something to work! Since I have a family history of estrogen-fed breast cancer, I wanted to try something besides HRT first. I came across Health & Her and it was exactly what I was long for, so I decided to try it! I have had the brain fog clear up, I have a lot more energy, my hair and nails are growing again, and something about it works as an appetite suppressant for me. I just make sure I eat a good breakfast (or brunch) before taking my 1st capsul. Since it seems to give me goof energy, I never take them after 1pm because I don't need any reason to be up all night, haha! But taking these supplements regularly, I seem to sleep normally.

Overall, I'm very happy with the changes I've seen from using these vitamins!

As many reviews on here I’ve been struggling with a loss of who I am and plethora of awful symptoms for the past 3 years since gynae surgery. Endless doctors appointments, endless trials of HRT, antidepressants and various other prescriptions lead me down a rabbits hole deeper into feeling awful. After a chat with my friend she recommended the perimenopause supplements from Health & Her, I was nervous to try as my stomach is extremely sensitive ( the joys of IBS, endometriosis and fibromyalgia) and I couldn’t face any more flare ups with my stomach. Just before Christmas when the hot flashes were hitting 20 a day and surviving on horrible broken sleep for a year I thought I would give these a go! I knew I had a couple of weeks off work so any side effects wouldn’t impact work etc.
I’m 2 weeks in and until today I didn’t realise the massive change these supplements have had on me.
- mood. Soooo much better. My Boyfriend has mentioned I feel more relaxed and at ease. Not so on edge and frustrated. I agree! I have so much of a sense of calm within myself. I can’t believe how on edge I felt 2 weeks ago!
- appetite. Very strange but craving healthier food choice, smaller portions and definitely eating less. Huge thumbs up for me as the weight gain has had the biggest impact on me physically and mentally.
- Sore breasts. The heaviness and pain has gone. Literally nothing,
- Migraines. I’ve always suffered from migraines particularly before my period and have always had to take prescription pills to get through them. Not one migraine or headache in 2 weeks. Unheard of in my life.
- Energy. These do boost my energy. Definitely have more get up and go then I’ve had in ages!

I’m still having hot flashes, but not as much or as severe. It’s only been 2 weeks so I’m sure over time these will ease.

Joint pain/body aches. Definitely less aggressive but I do have fibromyalgia. Again this may ease over time.

In all honesty the impact in 2 weeks since starting these has been significant. I will never use HRT ( personally for me I felt awful on it and very depressed) as these have improved my life so much.

I have not experienced one side effect or negative experience with these and believe me I suffer with side effects from every medication!

When I say these will improve your life I genuinely mean it. I felt like half a person for 3 years, lost my identity and confidence but slowly I’m coming back.

In short these supplements are little pills of joy! Try them they are worth it!

I had the most amazing experience with Health and Her. My first order was stolen from reception so I never received it. I notified customer service and they sent me a new one ASAP. The staff was so efficient and kind. They didn't even need to do this as they had evidence from the Post Office, photos of them being left at reception. But it was stolen from there and Health and Her really saved my day. Thank you! I really recommend them

The Health & Her Perrimenopausal range are LIFE CHANGING… all you need to do is read the reviews! I’m 37 and the doctors think I am perimenopausal.. I have all the standard symptoms but for me the hot flushes and night sweats were ruining my life. Having broken sleep whilst laying in a pool of sweat is completely soul destroying. After taken these, it only took 4 days to start working.. Iv been on them 3 weeks and Iv NOT HAD ONE HOT FLUSH OR NIGHT SWEAT!!! maybe it’s placebo.. but l really don’t think it is.
