When I purchased off website I did not realise it was a subscription, they helped me cancel it and gave me a refund.

My order has been sitting in Dallas for *10 days with no movement. Healthletic’s stated shipping timeframe is far shorter than this, and I have received no meaningful update. I emailed customer service for an explanation and am still waiting for a satisfactory response.
I understand that shipping delays happen, but **10 days sitting in the same location with no resolution is unacceptable. I would not order from Healthletic again.

There was some confusion on ordering, but Fretzie was extremely helpful in resolving the misunderstanding. All's good.

Scammers who feel entitled to charge you again for a purchase you made, without informing you, 20 days later — that’s a scam. I bought BPC-157 capsules and didn’t feel any effect at all, whereas the ones I ordered from iHerb worked a tiny bit. Nothing but a scam!!

Overall, the site and the other process was easy, but my only concern is the one time shipment button does not seem to work. When scrolling down through my order, I noticed it was automatically set up as a monthly recurrent order, which I did not want and did not choose above.

I have been using Healthletic's BCP157 for about a year plus now with great results. I typically take when I am experience pain and or discomfort with great results.

SCAM!!!!Be careful with this company. I purchased products from them once, then nearly a year later they began charging me hundreds of dollars and sending products I hadn’t ordered. When I complained, they said I was on a subscription, even though I had never sign up and it was over a year later!

They refused to refund me and treated it as my fault. I did not place these orders, and I’m still out of pocket. The whole experience has been an absolute horrid.

Great explanation of all products that I felt safe to order late at night/early morning through the website.

I tried their product and decided to cancel the subscription and it was done easily and pleasantly through email, no one begging me to keep the subscription. Refreshing!

I don't know that nattokinase works yet, but I am trusting verified experts in their recommendations. However, after a lengthy delay on my first order, my next one was very quick. The staff I deal with, Natty last, is quick to respond and seem very interested in answering my questions. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I first tried their BPC 157. Phenomenal results. 2 rotator cuff tears and I'm pain free and in the gym strengthening my shoulders and everything else. Almost can't believe how well this worked. I tried other with very mixed results.

Healthletic was very easy to deal with & the staff were highly attentive, especially Schavanne. They were very knowledgeable & nothing was ever a problem for them.

I had an issue with my order that I was concerned with. After contacting April at Healthletic my issue was resolved in a very timely manner. This issue being resolved quickly will result in me continuing to be a repeat customer.

The company has failed to respond to my numerous emails to cancel the order which I never did
They use shop.com as their CC processor. No luck there either...
This company will continue to ship you more products even when you do not sign up for any subscription or orders
It seems, that tricky way is there choice to do this days business and
the company reputation stay so far away from extra profits!!!!
I'm expecting a full refund and international return (I'm in Australia)
Probably i should do a complain to PayPal,cos that payment was unauthorised
Healthletic team, please stop this mess!!!

The website was very easy to use and I’m looking forward to trying this product. I can’t say anything about the product yet because I haven’t tried it.

I ordered supplements that were shipped in 4 boxes. Only 3 showed up and I contacted the company about it. Charina responded in a few hours and followed through with this until the missing box arrived the next day. Their responsiveness was much appreciated. My items arrived packaged nicely and securely.

I noticed my order had not been received, in fact returned. After I asked, their response was immediate and efficient. leading to a reshipment.
The problem with the shipment was beyond their control , but they took care of me as soon as they became aware.

Great service! True to their word!
