I had a hair transplant at this clinic exactly one year ago, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

First of all, the operation was NOT performed by the doctor I had chosen and been promised. When I arrived, a completely different and unidentified person did the surgery. Neither the clinic, nor the coordinator (Svetlana), ever told me who that person was.

After the procedure, the coordinator completely stopped replying to my messages. I was left without any post-operative care or professional feedback.

Now, a year later, the result is far from what was promised — density is poor, the crown area is still thin, and the front hairline looks unnatural. The clinic refuses to take responsibility or offer any solution, except asking for more money for a “second session.”

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic. I am in contact with consumer protection services and will continue pursuing the case until I receive a proper response and compensation.

Be careful — once you leave Turkey, they stop replying to you.

Thanks to the nurses who took care of me after the operation and Dr Ahmet kahraman for his work and his recommendations to take care of my aesthetic.

I m very happy that I did my gastric sleeve surgery at Health point World Clinic 9 months ago.
They were very professional.
Thanks to the surgeons and to the hospital staff and especially to the responsible staff from the clinic who were English speaking. Both the stay at the hospital and at the nearby hotel were excellent Great value for money. They accompanied me all the time from arriving at the airport and during my stay in hospital and at the hotel until they accompanied me back to the airport to return to Malta.
I highly recommend their services. I lost 30 kg. Well done and thank you.
