I ordered items on 20th November 2025. They never arrived. I had 2 written emails from Healthspan Elite customer service confirming that I would receive a refund for my order. Despite my follow-up with them and their written reassurance, I never received my refund. I waited until near the 120-day charge-back limit with my bank - no refund appeared. I then had no choice but to instruct the bank to process a charge-back. Very disappointing experience with Healthspan Elite - as well as a complete waste of my time trying to track down my valid refund.

Products good but not cheap so would expect good customer service but When I have to a problem deal with .e.g. can’t cancel subscriptions, can’t remove credit card details ..service often not customer friendly or helpful . (although sometimes it has been.. the risk of the unhelpful version is off putting so I never do subscriptions for fear of being unable to get out easily without phone call ) . Latest today was email offering 25% off last weekend . code didn’t work ,, rang in as advised .. too long wait (presumably everyone else ringing with same problem) so I used the ‘call me back’ option and left message..I assumed snowed under with calls ,, No one ever called me back so I rang today 5 days later and they won’t honour the code and can’t explain why no one rang back ..they say discount now expired so won’t honour it and not very apologetic about it .

Generally service and quality of items has been good, however, despite allowing all other features of subscriptions to be completely managed online (dates etc) you cannot cancel online - you have to call them. Seems like a way to tie to in - not something a reputable company should be doing. They will also not allow you to remove payment card with a subscription active - so you cannot work around it like that. Plenty of negative reviews about this regarding their other website: healthspan.co.uk
