I buy mostly online as I don't live near the shop anymore, It is a wonderful place to shop for all the essentials. It has an amazing range of products and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. My favourite products are Naturtint Silver shampoo and conditioner andTerranova Life Drink.

Simply the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with, and so helpful! I called up to check if they had a particular item in stock (which they didn't because there's shortages everywhere) but really kindly offered to give me a sample they had, to tide me over in the meantime. First time I'd ever been in, and they didn't hesitate to help. Certainly won't be the last time I'm in either!

Poor delivery service as I had to contact to find out when the order was going to be dispatched/arrive - 4 working days before it was dispatched which is very slow nowadays.

Received a recommendation on one of the products you stock and I bought it. I felt the shipping cost was a bit pricey but the packet Arrived so quickly I got over that quibble.
