I never thought I'd be able to afford a subscription with Healthy Mummy, but when I stumbled across an promotion for a fraction of the original cost, I just knew I had to subscribe.
So far I am loving the easy to navigate app and the 1000's of different recipes. They have all diet plans covered from low calorie to keto to food intolerance.
All recipes I have tried so far have been delicious, I cannot wait trying more.
They also have an exercise for the day, this is something I've never been into (exercise). I find them all very easy to understand and all very easy on my joints.

My product arrived with 2 days until it expired. Wasnt keen on trying it after that. Extreemly disappointing

I first found the Healthy Mummy 28 day challenge 11+ years ago, when there was no app and it was just a book. The fact that I still use it this many years later is testament to what a fantastic company and product it is. The 28 day challenges are about making healthier choices for you and your family, while still enjoying delicious foods like bagels, donuts, cheesecake, hot dogs and more! All just made with healthier ingredients. I'm a 28 day challenge lifer now!

The Healthy Mummy 28 challenge is a great way to keep on track, eat healthy and exercise in a supportive environment. I have tried a number of different healthy eating and weight loss products and have found Healthy Mummy to be easy, motivating and supportive.

I have completed numerous Healthy Mummy 28 Day Challenges. As someone who struggled with weight loss and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the past, this program provided the structure and support I needed to finally see results.

The meal plans are a lifesaver. They are delicious and easy to follow, which makes sticking to my goals a breeze. The recipes are packed with nutrients and lots of flavour, and I never felt like I was missing out on anything. Plus, having a plan laid out for me took away the stress of figuring out what to eat each day.

The exercise routines are fantastic. I love the variety offered, from HIIT workouts to pilates. It kept things interesting and helped me stay motivated throughout the challenge.

The community support is amazing. Being able to connect with others ladies and busy mums who are on the same journey as me is incredibly motivating. We share tips, cheered each other on, and celebrate our victories together.

I am not liking the chocolate shake at all it is too rich

Product arrived in good time. Regular customer - have used product many times before.

I have already lost 28kg over the last year and have been trying a few different companies supplements, most have been reasonable so far. Being a pensioner it takes me quite a while to save to try products. 2 weeks on Beauty collagen powder and Carb X and I gained nearly 2kg. As I have only lost weight and never gained any over the last year except for when taking these Healthy Mummy products, sadly what is left of the product will be going in the rubbish, I hate throwing money away, but I have worked too hard to lose weight to have it gained by simply adding these 2 products 😪
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I WAS REPLIED TO PROMPTLY AND OFFERED A REFUND, SO GREAT SERVICE. THANKYOU.

Efficient delivery

After a week of not receiving my items, I tracked my info to see that it hadnt changed since the 12th March when it was collected. I contacted the support email and was advised they would look into it and in the mean time I could track the package myself which made me angry as I was stating that I hadnt received the package and the tracking info hadnt changed. 3 days later I got the same email saying they were still following it up and I could check the tracking myself.
I got the same email a couple of days later and that exact same day the parcel arrived.
Support needs to be a lot more clearer and not repeat the same thing. The tracking info had not changed so why instruct me to look at it.

Have not heard from customer service regarding this cancellation and refund!

The best thing about the meal plan I know what we are having for dinner every night and my daughters love all the recipes to which with teenage girls is hard when they worry about their weight.

The ordering process is easy. Wish the pregnancy smoothie came in other favours other then vanilla

I’m using product as directed have even started walking every night but I’ve put on a kg. I was hoping it would help to lose weight.
