Our Smokey and Debo both senior dogs were diagnosed with cancer. We are so grateful that we signed up for pet insurance prior to this diagnosis as it was the only way we can afford their treatments. Having Healthy Paws made this decision easier for us. No questions asked with claims submitted. Reimbursements come in fast. They will check in on your pets too - great customer service. Being a Realtor in the area, I always recommend this Pet Insurance to all my friends, family, and clients. Just like us and our homes, we also need to ensure our four-legged family members are insured.

Finally found a kibble my fussy 1 year old cockapoo will eat so was confident enough to buy a big bag of it.

Recently, one of my dogs tore her left acl, then 3 months later, she tore her right. Healthy Paws reimbursed us 80% of the cost for each. They also have reimbursed us for medications that are used for her pain. Having them has given us piece of mind. They even checked in with us to see how she was doing.

Our Labrador, Harvey, is 3 years old and we have used Healthy Paws since he was a puppy. We have been very satisfied with this product until recently. We have noticed with the last few 12kg bags we have received, the kibble has varied significantly in size, as though the smaller kibble has been over dried. Harvey really dislikes the smaller kibble. Unfortunately, due to this inconsistency we are switching brands. Some feedback regarding this would be helpful.

We have a 12 month old Jackapoo who is extremely picky about what food he eats. We switched to Healthy Paws this morning and he ate everything on his lick mat, here's hoping that this continues. Super efficient claims process, and kind, caring staff. I had my reimbursement before my credit card bill was due. I wish all insurances were this straight forward, and I wish all customer service was this personable and humane. You really feel like you are talking to a person, not just an employee doing a job.

Having pet insurance means that when your pet needs expensive care you can afford to say yes. My dog will get to grow old, now, and will not die in excruciating pain from her cancer. This is worth every penny.
