Ben at the Market Harborough branch went above and beyond .Exceptionally patient, helpful and easy to talk to .His knowledge of audiology amazing.,By far better than I have encountered . Have every confidence in him 😃

Visited the Birstall branch to have a buildup of wax removed from my ear which was causing me issues while in bed.

The branch is extremely clean and tidy.

Leanne is diligent and careful, and made sure to check that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately.

This was my second visit, the last one being a few years ago for the exact same issue.

The price is (still) reasonable for the skilled work taking place, and the amount you pay is less if just one ear is cleaned, as was my case.

I visited The Hearing Center for war wax removal. The first thing I noticed was how clean and comfortable the waiting area was.
I was walmly greeted by Sue, she put me at ease straight away. She briefly went through some things with me and told me who would be performing the procedure.
Helen performed the ear wax removal and she was simply amazing. She was kind, caring, but above all else she was one of the nicest people I could ever wish to meet. She explained everything to me and what she was doing. She kept checking I was OK even checking the water was warm enough. She was patient and I never felt any part was rushed.
I would recommend The Hearing Centre to anyone.

From start to finish, at every appointment I've had, I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received.
Leanne is so lovely, very professional and very friendly. She explains everything that is going to happen and discusses all the results with you. She listens and will resolve any concerns you may be feeling.

Prompt and friendly welcome. I felt I was remembered. I felt valued and great care was used to ensure I understood what was going to be done and I was happy to continue. Time was taken to explain continuing care of my ears.

I have had a number of appointments with the Hearing Centre and everyone has been very efficient and helpful and I would recommend them totally. They are friendly and welcoming and it is a clean and calm atmosphere to be in. Thank you everyone especially when I had a serious problem which was dealt with quickly.

Ben, the audiologist, at Market Harborough Hearing Centre, is excellent - clam, charming and efficient. Had ear wax sectioned out. Good value for a quick fix. Marvellous.

Very professional friendly service my sons been twice over the last 2 years for wax removal .
He’s suffered with his ears for years and the waiting times through the NHS are ridiculous .
We were going on holiday and he really suffers with his ears on the plane and in swimming pool so thought it was worth getting them checked before we flew and worth
paying the £70 for both ear wax removal .
The lady he saw was lovley it involved a thorough chat and advise and that she would pass information on to his GP
It was painless and quite interesting as you can see inside your ears on the camera and exactly what came out !!

Excellent service received for a microsuction procedure on both ears. The audiologist was very friendly and reassuring and made sure he did a thorough job, even booking me for a follow-up check at no extra charge.

I visited the Ashby branch to have Micro suction of ear wax. Excellent service , Helen performed the procedure and was so nice and very knowledgeable . Would definitely recommend.

I have been ther many times. Helen was helpful and advised the treatment since I had an ear infection sin both ears. Very friendly as always

I had been having strange sensations in my ears and came to The Hearing Centre yesterday morning.
Ben managed to see me straight away and did a very thorough examination from which he concluded that I have a middle ear infection.
I saw my doctor yesterday afternoon and he agreed with Ben's findings and has put me on a course of Amoxycillin to clear the problem.
I am very grateful for the superb service I received and highly recommend The Hearing Centre.

Same day appointment to remove stuck cotton wool bud,Staff were brilliant and gave good advice and procedure was painless and took only a few minutes,

Comfortable surroundings and pleasant staff. Everything was well explained and no pressure was applied for me to purchase aids after the hearing test.
