Andrew supplied hearing aids for myself, my daughter and my mother. He is very polite and his dedication to service was obvious. He was quick to tell us to shout out if there are any problems. The prices of the aids are competitive and yes we got some generous discount as there were three of us.
We are happy with the aids supplied and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Contacted Andrew regarding my elderly parents hearing problems. My mother is blind. So getting her to appointments can some times be difficult. So when Andrew replied saying he could visit the house instead of the clinic. So made the appointment straight away. Very convenient time given. So when he arrived promptly he made my mother feel very relaxed. Explained exactly what she was going to have done. He even looked at my fathers hearing problem.
I’d like to thank Andrew for all he done today for my parents. Would definitely recommend him.

Andrew is very flexible, knowledgable and a complete professional. He was able to resolve all the issues that came up with my hearing aids. He does home visits and he gave me a couple of hearing aids from different brands to try on his very first visit, so that I was able to choose the one I preferred - Resound Linx Quattro. They are a lot better than the NHS ones I had before and the clarity is very good. My hearing has improved substantially and I understand much more what my colleagues at work are talking about. I don’t miss phone calls now either as music and calls are streamed to the hearing aid directly from my iPhone. The quality of music and phone calls is fantastic! Overall I am very grateful for the excellent service I have received from Andrew and highly recommend him without hesitation!

Andrew has been an excellent advisor and has provided very patient and considerate support to myself and to my very elderly Mother in Law. We are both very pleased with the products that he recommended to us which were tailored to our individual needs.

I arranged for Andrew to visit my elderly mother at home to supply a replacement hearing aid for one she had lost. I liaised with Andrew beforehand, he was very helpful and ensured he had details of the lost aid so he was able to bring the same model to the appointment. I was unable to be with mum at the appointment which was unfortunate as she gets anxious about unfamiliar people visiting but she told me afterwards how kind and helpful Andrew was and she seemed very impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew to friends and family.

Andrew has been so brilliant with the level of service he gave to my mum. It has changed her life so much and made he really confident. Andrew’s after service is of top level and my mum was so happy with it. He was there at out becken call.

After being unsatisfied with the options available on the NHS and having tried one other private audiologist with no success, I was referred to Hearing Choice via Phonak.

Soon after I arranged a visit with Andrew who was very friendly and professional. As a long time Hearing Aid user I had a good idea of the model I wanted and was fitted with a pair soon thereafter.

With these Hearing Aids I have seen a significant improvement in my ability to understand others and enjoyment of music. I am much more confident at work and in social environments.

Andrew, from Hearing Choice, came to my house, tested my hearing and advised and fitted my hearing aids. My hearing aids are a top of the range Oticon model which have a "connect clip" which allows me to use them directly with my android phone for phone calls and for listening to podcasts or music. This is a great feature. Andrew offers an excellent service both before and after purchase by email or Whatsapp as well as appointments at home. He also offers suction for ear wax removal.

My dad had been putting off getting hearing aids for years despite struggling to hear in noisy environments/group situations so I was very keen for the appointment to go well as did not want him to have yet another excuse to not go through with this.

One of the best things for us is that Andrew carries out house visits for assessments, fittings, follow-ups etc, which is really convenient for elderly customers who may not want to travel. All you have to ensure is that you are able to provide a quiet environment suitable for assessments and fittings as external loud noises could cause inaccuracies.

Andrew was attentive, knowledgable and patient - answering all our questions in detail and very promptly via WhatsApp. My dad had a limited time in London (he does not live in the UK and was just visiting) and Andrew very kindly made sure that he fitted all the necessary appointments into his calendar in the 3-4 weeks my dad was in London. He also carried out the research to let my dad know where the nearest service centre is for him in his home country. Andrew also provided my dad with his number and email address so that my dad could contact him anytime he needed.

I thought that Andrew was great with my dad throughout and immediately recommended him to a friend of mine whom I knew needed hearing aids. My friend has since been to see Andrew and seconds my opinion. If you are thinking about it, don't hesitate. The assessment is free so you have nothing to lose, apart from a bit of time, and it could totally change the quality of your life and those around you!

Could not have got a better service.
Compared to other aid sources, two such were tried, this company was more efficient and their range of product better.
They were extremely flexible in their approach and ongoing conduct through the six months I dealt with them, remaking one product, taking back another product, refunding money in a timely manner.
So I recommend them without any reservations.

I received a lot of support and assistance throughout the trial of the hearing aids. I decided towards the end of the 60 day trial to return them and I received a full refund very promptly. I am likely to go back to Hearing Choice again as I feel I was just a little bit to early to need them all the time.

Competent service delivered by audiologist as described on the website.

Most of us learn very quickly that nothing/nobody is perfect. But Andrew (hearingchoice.co.uk) is as close as you can get if you need a hearing aid. I was worried that I had reached the point where I had to have hearing aids but the more I read the more I realised that the subject was so complicated. So many suppliers, product lines, technology, marketing claims etc. - but the more I read the more I became confused (and before I retired I was an I.T. Director so I’d expected the job of researching a piece of digital “kit” to be easy – it’s not!)

One additional problem I had, is that I am now almost totally housebound. But, Andrew will visit you at home free of charge. He has worked in the industry and knows all the different brands, he has worked for a reseller and knows all the sales techniques, he studied at one of London's top hospitals to gain the necessary technical knowledge. In addition he understands how to talk in a language that we “not hearing aid experts” can understand.

I genuinely believe that he was able to provide me with the best possible test, then the best possible product, customised in the best possible way to suit my requirements.
I’ve just checked the spelling and as I did I realised how often I’ve referred to “Andrew” specifically. Neighbours tell me how they saw the “top dog” at High St. suppliers only once and that follow-ups were carried out by assistants. In my case Andrew made the initial assessment, the “fitting”, the “adjustments” to my personal preferences - everything.

He even spent an extra half an hour to take the trouble to tune them to one specific TV programme that I have problems with!

Also he gives you his personal phone number, email etc. so that you can contact him any time if you were to have problems.
Going back to where I started, if there is no such thing as perfection then I'm afraid Andrew only scored 99.99%.

My personal experience with hearing choice has been excellent. Andrew is a very nice young man.Very knowledgeable friendly and helpfull. He has the patience of a saint .(he needed it with me!!!!
He gave me the very best advice on my hearing aids .. We finally found the most suitable for me. His manner is at all times courteous polite and efficient. I would highly recommend him and hearing choice to anyone.
