I was met at the gate and immediately felt at ease as I have never had any isstt it every my ears and was a bit apprehensive. The entire process was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. I cannot fault the service at all.

I attended my appointment suffering from a very blocked ear and difficulty hearing and, after the short pain free micro suction procedure, my hearing was restored and my ear was very comfortable. Rahim fitted me in (on his birthday!) to clear my badly blocked ears. He took time to understand my concerns and to take a thorough medical history. The treatment was quick, painless and very effective. The treatment room is in a beautiful setting and service very friendly and professional.

My appointment was very easy to book and it was acknowledged and confirmed promptly. I was able to get an appointment quickly when I needed it.

Rahim is SO patient and makes you feel cared for. I know that if I ask a question he'll answer it in a way that I'll understand and wont feel silly for asking.
