SCAM. First they try send you nothing. Then when you complain you get sent the product and it’s nothing like the quality it was advertised

Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered sloth socks, advertised for about £12.99, but on my card they had charged me £18 (which, when I queried it, they refunded the difference). When (eventually) they arrived the socks are awful and not like advertised. Have been back and forth with them, they won't accept a refund (or return) and say they are the same! They have offered me 5 USD refund so currently reporting them with me credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Products not as described, beware. Very cheaply made, not like photos at all.

I have now reported them for fraud, which I would encourage anyone to do.

2 pairs socks ordered as a gift for my animal mad daughter 7 weeks ago and they've apparently been sat somewhere in the UK since 7 November.

Scam company, do not buy from here, never recieved not replying to get a refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers. Purchased some of their ‘high quality’ Sloth socks. The advertised item looks great, what has arrived is honestly shocking.
Contacted customer services and have been offered a £2 refund. The socks cost me nearly £15.

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Order never arrived. Emailed the customer service and they asked iv i could wait a few days as they would re-sent order. It's been 3 weeks and iv sent them an Email asking for a refund.10 october 2025 i ordered, its now 28 nov 2025

Ordered on 22 October for an early November birthday, several emails requesting an update but just get a vague reply. I have asked for a refund twice. I paid via PayPal but it doesn't show in the account for opening a resolution. Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order on 10th October, still havnt received it after two emails to them. I was told they would contact the couriers, second email I was told to be patient as I asked for a refund. Still nothing so I have emailed again telling them I have ant the refund as this website does not exist. Think I’ve lost my money

Ordered and paid for two sets of socks two months ago. Never arrived. They won’t refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION.

I placed my order on 10 October 2025 and still have not received my items. After weeks of silence, I contacted customer support and was told on 20 November 2025 that a replacement would be sent because there were “no updates” on the original shipment. Since then, nothing—no tracking, no progress, no communication.

I have now waited far beyond any reasonable timeframe, and the lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing. A reputable company should be able to provide proper tracking information, timely updates, or issue a refund when they fail to deliver. Instead, I have been left completely in the dark.

I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from this company. My experience has shown poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and no accountability.

Ordered items on 23rd October, still not received, just keep being told wait for updates. Refund refused due to order “being shipped” do not use this company. Is a scam

Just like everyone else has said, cheap & nasty, nothing like picture of thick knitted socks, wafer thin, over charged, took weeks to arrive, need I say more. AVOID!

I ordered from this company over a month ago I wish I had checked here first! I ordered 2 pairs of socks they took more money from my account than the order amount and have never sent the socks! I have emailed numerous times and they just keep saying its on its way but they cant give a tracking number yet. I demanded a refund but they said its not allowed as product has been shipped. They just keep repeating the same thing. Do not order from them!

Ordered socks that had hidden costs, were overpriced, took way too long to arrive, look nothing like the picture and are of terrible quality.

Well, after ordering on 22 October my order finally arrived today, 25 November. I know they come from China but, over a month.

Ordered socks on 22nd October 25. Not received anything contacted customer services and they keep lying to me saying they will chase courier.
Repeatedly asked for refund but they just sending generic message generic reply

Ordered on October 11th and followed their tracking up to the point where it was passed to the local delivery company. I have spent the last 4 weeks chasing them for local delivery company details, tracking and expected delivery date. Sam reply every time; we'll ask the local company to update their tracking details. I checked the postcode of the "delivery company" and it is a housing estate in Lincoln. I asked for a refund last week and got the same tracking email. Today I logged a disputed payment with the bank. I have also reported them to Meta. Next, I am going to report them to London Trading Standards as their registered office is there. Finally, I will report them to National Cyber Security. It's the same story as everyone else, so it must be a scam and needs to be shut down.

Can not believe I didn't check them out first! Placed an order for the socks much like everyone else at the beginning of October. Tracking took a while but seemed like they might arrive. When I chased and asked was told they had been resent! Why would a company do that without telling you. Truth is they wouldn't after 5 requests to cancel my order which we are ignored. Went through paypal who refunded me within 2 days. Do not fall for it!
