Had a great experience, Sandra was excellent in communicating with me regularly. The team worked hard to see what options were available to me. The workmen that visited my house were wonderful, very attentive and were able to help with every little thing. There was a great attention to detail to all the work they did and they came back a few times again to check all was okay and that I was managing with the changes to my boiler system - which made me feel very reassured.

The process was slightly delayed from when I initially contacted Sandra but this was due to a bereavement in the family - which is totally understandable and no fault of their own. All communication was excellent and this was clearly communicated to me, so was not a problem at all as I always knew where we were at in the process. They were highly professional

I would absolutely recommend them, they are excellent at what they do. Very personable and attentive

The communication between Heat4Energy and myself was really good. I was continually kept up to speed on progress of scheme. The guys who came out to do the job were on time,professional in carrying out the work,polite and keen to answer all the quetions I threw at them, Neil, the surveyor took the time to show me everything to do with the boiler. Well done everyone !!!

Everything was great from start to finish

Neil and Sandra were very helpful enabling us to get a new boiler for free. Work was done efficiently and in one day. No mess and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them,

Neil installed my new boiler when my old one had come to end of it's life, the company helped me chose my new boiler, within my price range.. The lads were punctual,polite and so helpful, as I was recovering from operation, and nothing was a bother to them, they left no mess afterwards either.. They came back when I wasn't sure about something and checked it out for me.. I've had my yearly services done since and had no problem, contacting them, with Sandra making a convenient appointment for me for Neil to come to do the service.. They are a wonderful company, their work is done to a high quality, they are trustworthy, efficient, reliable and polite, nothing is a problem to them, I wouldn't want to deal with any other company.. Now I can sit back and able to enjoy my new boiler. Thank you Neil and Sandra of Heat4Energy

What a set of cowboys this outfit are. Not that you can ever get hold of them on the phone. There boiler jockeys, all subcontracted, You won’t be getting your system flushed or inhibitor added there’ll be all done in 3 to 4 hours. No aftercare. Stay well clear of this lot. Took 7 months to get new supply pipework fitted even after they had got Robert Strickland from the gas safe register to issue a certificate to say every thing was to code!!! When clearly it wasn’t.

I'm very thankful for recieving a boiler I can't thank Sandra and Neil enough for there help and efforts throughout the application and afterwards, and thanks to the 2 lads that came to fit the boiler they where polite and very helpful. I can't Thank you all enough I appreciate all your work. And I'm Loving my new boiler.

Excellent service

Brilliant service from start to finish, I had a new boiler installed and the whole team made it such a stress free time and did a fantastic job, couldn’t recommend this company more.

After trying a few boiler companies, I was phoned by Sandra to see if it would be ok for Neil to come out and do calculations, was rang or texted all the way through the process until our boiler was installed excellent service from everyone

I got in touch with Heat 4 energy after trying a few other companies all of who said I didn't qualify. From the start Heat 4 energy were different, they asked for a photo of my old boiler, the next day they came out to take measurements and proof of my eligibility, the day after I received a call to say I had been accepted. Two weeks after the first contact I had a brand new boiler installed by three
professional, efficient and friendly workmen. Heat 4 energy were, and still are in regular contact to make sure everything is going well.

I can't express more gratitude from my heart to Neil, Brian and Sandra in Heat4Energy. My old boiler was about to break and I was super worried I will be staying in cold for whole winter while I am out of work then this amazing eco4 scheme help upgraded it to a state of art combi boiler for me and my not working radiators in downstairs are now all recovered to full function after. All works are well organized, planned then the installation work was done by an exceptional professional team. Thanks for your hard working, you are my true angels and I'll recommend your service to anyone in need.

Neil Sandra and Brian couldn't have been more helpful and understanding they rescued me from being without heat and hot water to a new combi In little over a week and came from hartlepool to Manchester to sort it for me they worked in terrible cold and snow and never complained once, I'm so grateful for the help and work they have done for me I can vouch for a fully professional company and friendly service I would 100% recommend Heat4energy they are also registered to do all types of ECO4 Government backed grant schemes.
