Bob has been a trusted family friend, so we asked him to take a look at our faulty controls. He not only diagnosed the issue but also recommended Hive as a solution. He installed and configured it to manage not just our heating but also our underfloor heating, ensuring everything runs smoothly. His expertise and advice were invaluable, and we’re very happy with the results.

We came across an emergency at home with a leaking radiator tail. We contacted Bob who came around within the hour and was able to get everything sorted for us. Couldn't have asked for a better or more professional service. Highly recommended, and will definitely be using them again. Thanks Bob

I would highly recommend Bob. He is efficient and reliable. Anytime something goes wrong with my boiler his always there to get it sorted quickly. His helped sort my mums boiler too. He knows his job and provides advice on how to maintain the boiler.

I decided to go with Heatbox and Bob as they came very highly recommended by a friend to get my radiators fully plumbed and installed and I can honestly say I was delighted with the service and without doubt be using them again when required.

We manage quite a few properties around London/ Kent/ Herts, flats and houses, many require annual gas safety checks and services especially this time of year. Bob fits them in without hesitation and keeps me updated throughout. He’s very professional, he has good work ethics, very efficient and affordable. He’s carried out radiator/ boiler repairs and replacements, especially on the new refurb projects needing new installations. He and his team are trustworthy and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends, especially as some contractors don’t always explain the costs involved. Thank you for all the work you’ve done so far!

Bobby replaced an electric shower. His work was first class. He kept me informed of progress and his final price was below his very reasonable quote. Very happy with the service. Bobby was polite, friendly and professional.

We had a few issues that had to be addressed with our boiler and radiators at home and Bobby was recommended by a friend. He not only accommodated our request but had the time, patience and knowledge to explain why the issue occurred, the remedy, cost and what we can do to avoid any future issues.

He was very professional, on time and even cleaned up after the work was done. We also had a HIVE home heating system installed by him which was done in a timely manner at a very high standard but at a fraction of the cost.

He never rushed or pressured us into buying anything that we don’t need and always listened to what we had to say before answering any questions.

A very professional engineer came to sort out my problem at short notice and was very kind, friendly and helpful. My issue was sorted in super quick time at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Heatbox Heating.

Bobby was recommended to me when I was having issues with my boiler. Wish I had found him sooner! Bobby is very knowledgeable in his field. He checked what the problem was with the boiler and was able to identify the faults immediately. He takes the time to explain everything and has a lot of patience. Very polite, honest and helpful individual who has a passion for his job. I would highly recommend Bobby.

Bobby came out at very short notice to sort out a malfunctioning boiler that another engineer had recently installed incorrectly. With the cold weather drawing in and elderly people in the house he was a lifesaver and wasn’t trying to rip me off like the other local quotes I had got.
