I would have liked to have given Darren and Heatfactors 6 stars.That sums up my experience with them.Excelent company and employees.Could not praise them highly enough!

Have been using Heatfactors for a couple of years now. They are always very responsive and reliable. They’ve always managed to send someone out within a couple of days if not the same day which is much appreciated when you have a cold house with the heating not working!

Darren came to service my boiler and quickly identified several issues that needed attention. He clearly explained the problems and returned within a few days with the necessary materials to carry out the repairs. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and everything is now running perfectly.This company are very professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

Heat factors were able to help with my request very quickly. Darren gave me a call 20 mins before he arrived and did a great job.

Heatfactors have been superb. They got my old boiler going when others could not and have now just fitted a new boiler. From start to finish the experience has been most professional and reassuring. Darren was excellent, very polite, pragmatic, knowledgeable, helpful and hardworking. Everything was clearly explained and went very smoothly. I felt that the price for the job was very fair. Companies like this are hard to find and I would highly recommend them.

Thanks to Darren who attended to fix a small leak with my boiler and to Sarah for organising this promptly. Darren was very helpful and answered all my questions whilst fixing the leak.

Darren and the team at Heatfactors were amazing. The boiler installation and ancillary work was done quickly and to a very high standard. My kitchen is tiny and awkward but they went the extra mile to hide all the pipes. I highly recommend them.

Hi thanks for the rapid response, i had issues with my heating and Hot Water the team at HeatFactors were extremely professional and so accommodating. Came out the same day earlier than planned which was absolutely fantastic. Darren was highly professional and highly knowledgeable, he ensured once fixed that everything was in order and everything was cleared away. I certainly would not have any hesitation in recommending either Darren or Heatfactors, a very reliable company and easy to work with.

I use Heatfactors whenever I have any issue with my central heating and have done so for over 15 years and in 2 different properties. I have always found them to be polite, efficient, quick to respond and very good at what they do. Darren has been out to our homes many times over the years and I thoroughly recommend him should your central heating need attention.

Arrived on time. Respectful of property. Efficient installation of radiators. Cleaned up well. Good communication.

We had problems with our Google Nest thermostat system which meant the central heating operation was being compromised. Heatfactors responded very quickly and recommended relacing Nest with Hive as Google have discontinued support to Nest in the UK.
Darren fitted the new Hive system without problem and took time to help us set up the programs on the app and install new hive plugs to ensure it worked effectively with our existing Wifi set up. Great friendly and prompt service!

This company has been servicing my boiler, hot water and heating system for almost a decade now. They are professional, efficient, helpful and reliable whether it’s a routine service or a specific request (eg changing all rads to thermostatic valves). Recommend.

The Heatfactors Ltd. team has been recommended by a few neighbours and I highly recommend them further for a very professional and prompt service. The boiler broke down a week before Christmas and the team outdone themselves by having a first visit, accurate estimates, order in and delivered, old appliances changed and new ones ready to go all in just 4 days. Darren and Jake helped us have new boiler and flue pipes installed right before Christmas, all personal has been kind and professional, respectful of the house.
