It was our 1st time using a valet parking, NEVER AGAIN!

It was our 1st time using a valet parking service, sadly now probably our last!
my wife was against the idea but due to our time constraints I convinced her to trust me and we give it ago!
Firstly, on entering the terminal 3 car park the directions are not clear enough so it's timely to get to the correct place, it cost £21 to enter said place not the £7 advertised, but this maybe due to the time it took for the operative to arrive and collect our car despite it being prebooked and paid for!
Now, here is where the poor service got serious, we've been travelling home for 24 hours, we are tired & cold having come from a hot country, my wife had been saying to contact the parking company 24 hours in advance yet I said no lets follow their return instructions - which I did to the letter, however on arrival back in the UK and ringing as per said instructions only to (after several non answered attempts) be told there was no knowledge of our vehicle!! please ring back another time!! I'll leave you imagine the ear bashing from the wife!!
eventually after several times of me calling them (almost ready to call the police) I was told "we've located your vehicle deep in the car park ,someone had put the wrong return date on our system, sorry, its going to take some time to retrieve your vehicle"
I was relieved, another 2 hours later our can was finally delivered, I was too cold and tired address this with the poor chap responsible for bringing our car to us.
The car was filthy, looked like it had been parked in a forest!

Customer Service Chat is so so SLOW

Trying to get any info on how to simply set up an account is painful - although the chat bot was originally promising as it transferred me to a REAL person very quickly as soon as I asked - there was then at times 6 minutes between my typing and the real person answering a very basic question... I had several questions to ask so the whole chat too forever. My issue wasnt solved as I am still unable to create an account for some reason

This was one of the worst experiences i had. Has just arrived from a long travel, from 1 delayed flight in Mexico, to loose a flight in Houston and had to spend the night over, to arrive at LHR and had to wait for 3hours to have my car, including calling the police.

This company seems to be tacking more services on then they can cope with, very unorganised.
I realised was going to miss my flight to UK, so tried to amend my booking online, which was not possible, so i sent an email to the company to which i had no reply. So i jhad to call, and finaly when someone picked up they seems very understanding and said was no problem it would just be £15 more. though this was a very fast call, im 100% sure my booking number was not identified..
on Arrival next day, i have record of making more than 100 calls, n the calls they pick up, they kept saying the same, in "20 min that car will be with you", or "give me sometime this is a mess".. got to a point i asked to have car location, i would go to the car by taxi, they continuously did not provide the location of my car.
with almost 3hrs and dozens calls made, and car nowhere to be found, started calling the police as they where blocking access to my property and not revealing its location.. after 3hrs the car appeared, brought from a person saying this was his first day on the company...
on dropping the car before the flight, we also had to wait, but aprox 20-30 min, despite having called in advance as per instructions...
definitely not reliable if you are with counted time, or in a mood to chase your car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not have a compound but park your car on the street in Slough or Hayes. They also use your car when you are away. COMPLETE SCAM

T5 Parking - Add 10 minutes as lifts always out of service

Its hardly worth me posting a review on a monopoly service with extortionate charges that provides a poor level of service and has a 91% 1 star review.

Heathrow Parking dont understand that their lifts need to be operational.

13/12 - 2 out of 4 lifts werent working. No interest from 'Emma P' of their customer service team - probably as I wasn't buying.

I can help review their maintenance and service agreements - problem is I come for a customer centric background where objective is a professional service rather than screw the customer and keep costs low, charges high.

A nationbal disgrace - but who cares?

Borderline con merchant

Booked the short stay car park for my recent trip, turned up at the airport to be told my flight was cancelled so returned home. Contacted them to explain and Milli on customer service told me once you have entered and exited it is considered void and that I'd need to re book and pay again even though I'd be entering with the same car and registration during the time I had already paid for so have paid £180 for a 30min stay and have had to re pay again for a service I have already paid for. When questioned Milli asked if there was anything else she could help with which I consider a joke as she did not help and didn't even offer an apology and then quickly followed with have a good bye and ended the chat.
Very poor customer service and a complete rip off that they cannot even offer any assistance, If I was entering during a time out of my booking but due to the reasoning and that I would still be getting the same service I feel this an injustice but to add insult to injury the level of customer service was shocking.

I parked my car in Terminal 5 short…

I parked my car in Terminal 5 short stay car park while i travelled for 5 days to the US. I had assumed that the car would be safe while it was parked there as I had assumed that there would be 24 hour security patrols. I came back to find the spare wheel (which is attached to the back of my car) had been stolen. I couldn't find anyone to report this to when I left the car park. I won't be parking my car at Heathrow again in the future

Loyalty Means Nothing to Heathrow Parking

I’ve used Heathrow’s Short Stay Parking for years — probably dozens of times — but after this experience, I won’t again.

I had a booking for 5 days but couldn’t travel due to an unavoidable passport issue. I contacted Heathrow Parking immediately, explained the situation, and asked for a refund or at least a goodwill gesture. The response? A flat “our policy states no refunds.”

No empathy, no flexibility, and no recognition that I’ve been a long-term customer. Just copy-and-paste policy replies.

I understand policies exist, but good companies use them with discretion and fairness. Heathrow Parking’s refusal to even consider exceptional circumstances shows they care more about rigid rules than customer loyalty.

If you travel often, beware — once they have your money, they don’t care what happens, even if you never use the service.

Car impounded, meet and greet driver had no insurance

Whilst my car was under the care of this company it was impounded by the police as the driver didn’t have insurance to drive my car. So after a lovely holiday it cost me another £384 to realise my car after paying £50 for an uber from the airport to the impound and then £78 in abroad charges calling this company who gave no idea how to communicate! I only found out my car had been impounded as a letter was sent to my home address and was opened by my partner, had I not received this I would have had no idea what had happened so do not use this company!!!

AVOID

Company run out of the back of a van in a dirty carpark. Other cars were being treated appallingly. Took 40 mins to be squeezed into a dirty minibus with too many people. On return we followed the instructions and told them we were at baggage claim. They rang to say they were waiting but when we got up he said he’d have to come back in half an hour so my 6 month old, 3 year old and all our bags waited for 45 mins in the freezing cold at midnight. Rarely answer the phone. Terrible company

Trust these reviews. My partner booked this and something wasn't sitting right in my gut so checked the reviews on our way to Heathrow.. I instantly panicked. Anyway rang the number to tell them we was 45 minutes away. Pulled into holiday inn, told us car park D. Couldn't believe what we saw, cars parked bumper to bumper. Cars absolutely filthy and not looked after at all. People swapping cars round. The holiday inn is currently an immigration hotel which I think parking dock is run by seen as these drivers all came out the hotel .. we waited half and hour for our meet and greet which never arrived so we called a uber. Safe choice in the frame of mind. Suddenly I got several phone calls from a private number demanding I bring the keys back .. erm no. Ive read reviews about driving cars and parking tickets and damage. Phone rang again, same aggressive woman saying she needs the car keys otherwise we will get a parking ticket? How when weve paid parking? Eventually called again more angry saying we didnt wait for our driver, we will have a ticket and shes not responsible for any damage on our car.. luckily when we got back there was no damage to our car as we parked on a curb so could get off easily. But was shocked to find 2 foreign men sat at our car when we arrived back. Asked what they was doing and they didnt speak English but was walking round us and our car making me feel very uneasy. Avoid this place at all costs.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Upon return from holiday was told the company had lost my car key. They ignored phone calls and did not communicate and we ended up having to get make our own way back from Heathrow to Cheshire. This was Friday 19/9 and all weekend we were calling them with calls getting blocked. We ended up reporting it to the police thinking it had been stolen. Finally had the car returned at 3.45 am on the morning of 23/9 stating they had now found the key. It was probably a phone call by the police officer that prompted the return of the car ow we would have never seen it again. Absolute criminals who don't give a damn about customers and the havoc they cause. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

What an absolutely terrible company

What an absolutely terrible company. The worst I have experienced in 40 years of travelling. One star is too good. Never answer the phone and when they do you can’t understand them. No courtesy. Never return your call. It goes to message service. No one calls you back. When and if you speak to someone they make false promises when they will return your call. I arrived back yesterday at Terminal 3 Heathrow with my wife daughter and 3 year old grand son. We waited almost an hour for the car to be returned. When we dropped the car off we had to wait 15/20 minutes for someone to greet us despite giving them 30 minutes warning We will never use this company again and I would strongly recommend you don’t.

A disgustingly excessive charge for something that used to be free.

I "parked" at Heathrow to drop off my son for a maximum of 2 minutes.
To be charged £6 for this privilege is a disgusting rip off.
Then having to log on to the official site because the automated system thinks when I say ONE that I'm saying EIGHT.
This is blatant profiteering and I would guess is geared to people forgetting to lig on once they get home and getting stiffed for an £80 fine.
Disgusting!!!

Valet parking

Valet parking - dropped off my brand new Porsche. The valet parking driver scratched my alloy wheel. I took high res photos of my car the day I handed it over and now having to sue Heathrow Parking to recover costs of repair. Heathrow Parking does not reply to emails and they do not provide a phone number to deal with issues. DO NOT TRUST Heathrow Parking to look after your car!.

Do not book Falcon Parking!

We had to wait nearly an hour for our car. Terrible communication when phoning to find out where the car was. But looking at past reviews, we got off lightly!
We won’t be using Falcon Parking again, & I would recommend you book with another company.
