Best price for a Rayburn part. Delay was from AGA/Rayburn not HPS and Nimra on the customer service team did a grand job speeding things up

I always get my parts for my oil boiler service here. I can go back after a couple of years away, simply click on ‘re-order’ and the same parts are in stock and reasonably priced. On occasion I’ve had to deal with them they have been very friendly.

When many suppliers stated the part was obsolete, HPS were showing stock at a competitive price. I placed the order, and the return email went into my junk folder, which sadly I missed. I contacted them via web chat, and within minutes they confirmed the order had been placed and was being processed. The part arrived two days later. Perfect service.

It seems strange to me why you do not open on Saturdays.
