Everything fine, except you said the delivery was to be Tuesday and package arrived on Monday when I wasn't at home.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. Paul was nothing short of amazing with helping on this order. It was a short turnaround to Christmas, a bespoke product with some complexities and me asking a bunch of questions. My fiancé loves his hoodie! Thank you Heatwave Print 🔥

Heatwave Print からの回答
Hello Julie,
We are sorry for the mix up in your order and the additional time it took to process. This is because all our orders are 'made to order' so we had to wait a little bit longer whilst more stock was delivered by our suppliers. We did however, upgrade to free delivery for you as you had selected Local Pick Up, to make up for your wasted journey.
4.9 stars
Easy to order, payment on line and the product is excellent - just a little disappointed at having to wait
