My husband won a Demellier handbag
My husband won a beautiful brown suede Demellier handbag in a raffle which he surprised me with for Christmas 2025. It arrived quickly after winning. It had been purchased brand new from Net-a-Porter, sent directly from Net-a-Porter to my husband. I couldn't believe it when I opened the box! I would recommend Heaven Collective.

Great website, with great prizes, but there needs to be a limit on how many tickets a single customer can purchase. I get tickets every week, but it’s always the same person that wins the bulk of the prizes. I’ve continued to buy tickets, but probably won’t anymore as I think it’s unfair. A lot of prize website put a cap on number of tickets per user for this reason

Fairness and enjoyment for everyone is incredibly important to us. While all entries have always been within the rules and every draw is random and transparent, we recognised that in lower volume competitions a single larger spend can sometimes feel unbalanced for other players.
We have taken your advice seriously and because of this, we will be introducing a ticket cap on our competitions going forward. This is a positive step to keep things fair, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone who plays as Heaven Collective continues to grow.

A nice upmarket looking website which…
A nice upmarket looking website which doesn't overwhelm you with a myriad of weekly competitions. Those that are available are smart his and hers items, store vouchers, perfume, perhaps a camera or a phone. The tickets don't cost a fortune and you have to be in it, to win it.

Won food processor , site cred and then used it and won smeg coffee machine - did cash alt , recieved it the following wednesday.
they are very quick at being helpful / adapting and take feedback .
