Overall, my experience with Heavenly Himalya has been very very good. From making the booking, getting all details in order to being on the trail, on the mountains and having excellent guides along the way. I originally signed up for the EBC to IP trip but on arrival we saw that I had some extra days so we added Lobuche East to the itinerary too. However, on the 8th day, it snowed, and snowed and then snowed some more. I was there in October / November 2025 when 4 days of snow ended up closing all the mountain peaks, overpass trails and even the last part of the EBC. It was crazy as so many people were stranded. It hadn’t snowed this much at this time of year since 1998!! But my guide (the amazing Diwash) kept cool, was able to adjust our itinerary accordingly and everything went ahead smoothly. Long story short, I never made it up IP (it was closed) and didn't make it to EBC as the last part was closed too. Instead we attempted Lobuche East which was an amazing experience. I ended up stopping at 6000m as it didn't feel safe with buried ropes and avalanche risk on the way down in the hot sun. This was a good decision as during my time there, nearly 20 people died from various causes, many from avalanches, ice fall, rock fall, all in the Everest area. So never underestimate the mountains BUT you can rely on Heavenly Himalaya to get you there and back SAFE!! Definitely am amazing experience and I can't wait to return in 2027 to do Mera Peak!

My friend and i joined them for this epic 14 day photography tour which was beyond our greatest expectations. The organiser met us at the airport late at night. They went beyond the normal course of the program. As a drone enthusiast , they took the trouble to painstakingly and patiently got my Mavic 3 drone registration that has enabled me to take incredible photos. We visited Katmandu UNESCO Heritage sites, Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Ghorepani, Ghandruk, Sarangkot, Phewa lake, Pittam Duerali, Chitwan National Park and was able to take incredible photos. They made certain photo stops along the way and gave us the flexibility.

My dad and I finally checked off a long-standing item from our bucket list by booking this trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Originally, we had booked with a different company, but unfortunately, it got cancelled due to COVID. That setback led us to discover Heaven in Himalayas, and what a fortunate find it was.

Heaven in Himalayas offered an extensive array of trips to choose from and made the entire experience seamless. They provided a detailed packing list, greeted us at the airport, and addressed any of our concerns promptly.

Our tour guide, Dipak Dahal, and porter, Babu, were outstanding. They were not only lovely and interesting people but also highly knowledgeable about the region. Their expertise was invaluable in navigating the route and managing an illness I experienced on one of the days. We're immensely thankful for their assistance.

Moreover, on the last day, Sanjib very kindly woke us up early for a sightseeing tour around Kathmandu. We visited temples my parents had explored over 20 years ago, allowing us to relive those cherished memories - a thoughtful gesture that meant the world to both of us and truly highlighted the exceptional quality of the company.

I've never walked so many steps in my life, but a fantastic climb to the Everest Base Camp... However, the views, including Mount Everest, Nuptse, Cho Oyo, and the Lhotse range, as well as the sherpa communities, locals, and friends you make along the way, are truly amazing and gratifying. From being picked up at the airport to the base of Mount Everest! The guide Santosh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.
These guys are seriously some awesome people that made the trip a lifetime experience. We quickly made friends with him. He used to take care of us all time from morning to evening. Whenever we were tired and unable to walk, he used to motivate us and tell us jokes. Keeping things aside, his jokes were not laughable at all ha-ha. Overall, he is a superhuman who can go down and up to the mountains in a day.
If you also want to experience Mount Everest hiking then Heaven Himalaya is one of the best companies to look after.

A great experience in Everest Base Camp Trek.

We booked the EBC Trek with Heaven Himalaya last autumn. The trip was excellent with stunning views of the majestic mountains. Thanks to Ramesh, our mountain guide, who was very supportive. He was always ready to explain about the local Nepali culture. Most importantly, he was always concerned about the weather, altitude sickness and our safety. Thanks to Heaven Himalaya for organizing amazing Everest Base Camp Trek for us.

This was by far one of best services I had got. The trip was super challenging and super rewarding all at once! Sanjib and Ram were both excellent and knowledgeable. We trekked to Annapurna Base Camp in Nov, and it was by far our best trekking experience. They were also incredibly caring - which is important when you are trekking to the high altitudes that you have never been before. They always will be asking how we feel and always be checking our pulses. Thank you for caring us through out the trek. I highly recommend using Heaven Himalaya for any kind of hikes in Nepal.

Thank You for making our post COVID EBC trek amazing. The guides, porters, and Mr. Ram, did a great job from the beginning of our COVID test at a hotel in Kathmandu till our farewell in a restaurant in Thamel. We were at our own pace and never hurried. We felt safe and immensely enjoyed our Nepal vacation. With, heaven Himalaya nothing goes wrong. I highly recommend them o other travelers who are willing to book Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek.

I and my colleagues visited Nepal back in the year 2017. I was not an experienced hiker but anyway chose Annapurna Base Camp Trek with a trekking agency in Nepal. It was like a challenge to me to trek to the 4000 m altitude but Mr. Ram helped us in every way possible. He was there from the start of our trekking journey in Pokhara to our end days in Kathmandu. He kept pushing me forward and even waited for me to catch the other team. He guided me from choosing plain food to meditating. Although I was a victim of Altitude sickness and couldn't enjoy the trek to the fullest, I am very grateful to have chosen him. Annapurna Base Camp is a beautiful place in the Himalayas. The Gurung Village, poonhill, Pokhara every place was just outstanding.
I have now developed a hiking attitude and I have been training for EBC trek now. I cant wait to visit the Himalayas again.

We trekked to Mardi Himal Base Camp
with Heaven Himalaya early this year. It was a marvellous and unforgettable experience. Their customer service from pre-trip communication until we bid farewell at the airport was impeccably professional, sincere and really live up to their statements!! We are planning another trip to Gokyo Lake & EBC with them once we are able to fly again!! High recommended to anyone who wish to visit and trek in Nepal!
