Fantastic service from the team when we encountered difficulty delivering my order due the narrow lane to my house.
Special mention to Charlie Barton who worked his socks off (twice!) to sort out the problems and resolve the issues caused by them.
Beyond an extra mile I would say he ran a marathon.

I hadn't used this company before but what a find they are. They kept me informed of the delivery by text so I knew exactly when the plants were being delivered. We ordered two heights of grissilina and both heights were maximum when they came. Packed onto a wooden pallet protected securely. No damage whatsoever. Really pleased with all of the plants. Nice obliging delivery driver too. Brought the plants down our steep road using a handheld carrier and put them on our front lawn ready for us to take them around to the back on our sack barrow. After reading up about this company its a husband and wife set up. Georgia does the admin and her husband runs the nursery. I liked the fact that they say they only send plants out that they themselves would like to receive. Not only that as a May offer we also received free four bags of compost and two bags of granules to start off our new hedging. Perfect customer service. Thank you Georgia and team.

Plants were in fabulous condition and we were very pleased with them but they were a little shorter than expected. I contacted them and they offered me a decent refund to compensate for this. Great customer service.

We can only praise the staff at hedges hedges after the carrier decided to only deliver part of the order. The team at hedges hedges quickly located the missing pallet and got the rest of the delivery to us the next morning (Saturday). Fabulous customer service and the laurel was lovely and healthy ☺️

Excellent service, plant / shrub arrived as promised in agreed time scale - great condition, good price, although carriage charge seemed a bit excessive.

Ordered after being advertised on instagram (and I'm usually very sceptical of insta ads) but the price was great and you got a lot of hedge for your money. I was able to chose my plants (4 7-8ft hedges), made use of the welcome offer, chose my delivery slot and was given free delivery as I was local.

Comms were great right up until the delivery, thanking me for my order and giving me tips on how to plant and look after my hedges.

They were dispatched on the date agreed and arrived in great condition on a forklift.

They're now looking fantastic in my garden and I would definitely go here again for my next big garden order

ordered Thuja rootball plants, and overall everything was good—the plants looked as described. However, one of the plants had its vertical branch (leader) broken. I’m not sure whether it was damaged during delivery or beforehand, but it was snapped when I checked it.

The website I found to be very informative and the
e-mail follow up after placing order very good. The Laurel plants are of excellent quality and are thriving.

Purchased online 4 6ftRed Robins and two Cherry Laurels. Paid for delivery they arrived well within the 2hr time slot and very well packaged. These were brought in memory of my dad who sadly passed away, he was a kern gardener. They did not disappoint over the moon and they look wonderful now planted

I used this company after being supplied with poor quality plants by another provider. The laurel plants supplied by Hedges Hedges exceeded my expectations, they were of the height advertised or taller and very healthy and bushy and were delivered on a well packed pallet. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Quick delivery. Plants arrived in good condition and looked very healthy. Now happily sat in back garden.
