"I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Hegarty LLP. Throughout the entire process of handling our house sale and inheritance, the communication was consistently terrible.The final straw came with the transfer of our funds. We were told the money was sent via BACS on Friday, but by Wednesday, nothing had arrived. When we pushed for answers, staff claimed they 'didn't know' when it was sent. After refusing to back down, they finally admitted the payment had never even been authorised in their system. They had to rush through a same-day CHAPS transfer to fix their blunder.To leave clients completely in the dark regarding a massive life transaction is highly unprofessional and incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who values basic competence."

This is not the first time I have needed assistance from Hegarty solicitors; they are my first choice when requiring help on legal matters based on recommendations and past experiences.
On this occasion I was referred to Benjamin Parker in the family law department who didn't disappoint.
My case was not necessarily straightforward, nevertheless Benjamin was easily able to navigate the complexities of it with the utmost dedication, professionalism and tenacity to what was requested of him in a compassionately prompt manner throughout the process.
From my perspective I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to deal with my case.
Not only is Benjamin a credit to Hegarty but also to the entire legal profession.

Our great solicitor
Our solicitor, Jack took plenty of time to explain to us what our LPAs were for and how they can be used. We were able to ask all the questions we wanted to and in no way felt rushed.
Jack was an easy guy to chat with and we were completely at ease in our conversations with him.
It was previous excellent experience with Hegarty Solicitors when we had our Wills drawn up that brought us back to them for our LPAs.
