Worst customer service waste of time the lack of communication is poor I paid my loan off more than 3 times I have a excellent credit score on time paying ..I wanted to renew my loan had a lil set back in the past I brought proof I was a self employed proof from the bank ..well I guess there new manager with out hesitation rejected the loan wanted proof of a 1099 form or tax return I explain I had money coming every day proof from the bank she wasn’t hearing it .I will pay off what I owe go else where i never experience the lack of professional I will also not recommend other friends or family members
