Heights Finance Corporation - Heights Finance Bedford Harwood Rd レビュー 

My wife and I got a loan from a Heights Finance flyer that advertised we could borrow $2,500 with monthly payments of $216. However, when all the paperwork was completed and ready to sign, the payments had increased to $268 per month. After some back-and-forth, we reluctantly agreed to the higher payment. We also had an issue with the due date. They said payments would be due on the 17th of each month, but we explained that we both live on Social Security and don’t receive our payments until the fourth Wednesday of each month. They assured us changing the date wouldn’t be a problem. Despite this, on April 13 we got a call saying our payment was past due. We explained again about our payment schedule, but we were still charged a late fee for April. Then, on May 12, we received another call saying our payment was late. Unfortunately, due to our situation, we have to rely on these predatory loans because I took early retirement and am disabled. It’s frustrating that they say the date can be adjusted, yet this will be the second time we’ve been hit with a late penalty. We’re not trying to default or avoid our obligation to repay the loan; I just wish they’d honor their word. When I asked to speak with the person who closed our loan, I was told they no longer work there.

Easy process without a lot of paperwork. Destiny made it easy and was kind and helpful. Love the local location in Bedford so it made it super convenient.
