Lisa was most helpful. She was knowledgeable, courteous and competent. The other office employees was very observant when I walked in the door and always spoke and was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. But putting it PLAIN the people in Dothan, Alabama are just friendly people.

My experience with 1st has been horrible since Jackie Barkley left the company I ask to borrow money to help get my son car fix they didn’t call to let me know they couldn’t help once I get them paid off I will not return nor will I refer anyone

I had an extended wait due to some errors and all the ladies stepped in and made sure I was comfortable, asked me if I needed anything, was just straight genuine from the heart.
