Fast friendly service

I was actually a costumer of Quick Credit which I was with well over a year I’ve renewed my loan before and never had a problem. This time when I renewed my loan I had no idea that they were transitioning over to 1st Heritage, but the African American guy who works for 1st heritage was at quick credit. He renewed my loan left off my insurance which I had from the beginning. He also left my paperwork for me to sign with someone else because he had to leave. Everything was supposed to stay the same. On April 17th I had surgery, I informed them that I need to use my insurance and was told I had none. The older man there could tell I renewed my loan, but he said he could not see that I had insurance. I informed him that I had it and actually used last year when I had my spine surgery. He said there was nothing he could do. So of course I’m not happy with how things have went. Also after my surgery they called me for the payment which I was not allowed to drive, spoke with 2 different people on to different occasions and told them that I would be in on March 3rd. I had a 3rd person to call me after seeing the notes on the account for my pay date trying to pressure me to pay something. I wasn’t even 30 days late and never have I missed a payment since I’ve had this loan. I’m making sure I let everyone know not to deal with this company at all!!
