WHAT CAN I SAY.. I GOT A LOAN AT ALTON ILLINOIS LOCATION. FROM DAY ONE THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME RECEIPTS FOR MY PAYMENTS. AFTER GOING IN 3 TIMES TO PAY I JUST PAID IT OFF BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE I AM BELOW SOMEONE.

I was told ahead of time what documentation I would need and how the process worked..no surprises and very professional. Easy to request and receive funds.

The ladies at the Alton, IL location are friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to this location.

I called to get some information about a loan add on.
I had a call back with the requested info in a short amount of time. Results were satisfactory.
I set a time to arrive and my paperwork was prepared when I walked in. I had a check in hand and on my way in a matter of about 15 minutes.

The staff at this location are professional, friendly, and caring.

This was our second time going to heights financial for a auto loan. They are absolutely amazing and fast and extremely friendly. We would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much you make everything so easy.

This company is horrible! They garnish my wages for over 5 years on 4 different court cases and I’ve requested for them to provide proof that I owed them $10 thousand dollars! The loan amount was only for $600. I repaid it back. Jessica the District Manager refuse to provide me the proof. She’s being avoiding me for over two months now! I will be taking them to court to Sue them! DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY! They’re just a big rip off!!!
