I want thank both ladies Daniell and Mindy Velasquez at the Avon Indiana location for getting me the loan I needed to make my move a go on mini vacation with my family, They were wonderful ladies very kind and sweet and I will see them this fall with pumpkin roll ..I appreciate everything you have done for me it made my day...

We were told our check would be deposited in our bank but instead they cut us a check and now have a 10 day hold

They did a great job, rated a 4 being no one is perfect. A my needs complete in one day.

When we called to see if we could get a loan, they we so wonderful over the phone and they said they could help us. On our way to the office, we had to call for directions and the gentleman who gave me the directions was very nice and understanding. When we got to the office, everyone was very nice and professional. There was a new associate that was still learning and we said she could take care of us. She was very good and was a very quick learner. we were able to get want we wanted and we got our check and we were on our way. Very, very good experience.
