They were helpful in assisting me with a loan application

Aneisha was great enough to contact me after my loan was left lingering for a week even with me contacting the office and speaking with two other people who never returned my call. She had me approved and processed within 2 hours on a Friday evening.

Update: I called Decatur location and FINALLY I got an exact answer instead of “ try again in the next day or so to login”. I was told my account was deleted. Which was weird but oh well. Let’s get this straightened out and get a new account going so I can get this loan paid off. Well the lady told me that she needed my checking account number to get a new account set up to make payments. Which I know that isn’t needed and gave me the excuse that it is easier to just give her my checking information so she can create my account. I said why don’t you just give me access via email and I’ll fill in all my information and again she said it would just be easier if I gave her my checking info. I set myself up on several accounts before I’m pretty sure I can handle creating my own. She kept repeating that it would just be easier if I give her my checking account information. I didn’t give her my info cuz I know that was a lie and she dosnt need it. So I called corporate and they got my situation handled and I DIDNT have to give my checking account number to them. I told her that the lady at the Decatur location didn’t need my info and she agreed with me and didn’t know why she was asking me for that. The funny thing of it all was a checking account was NOT even needed to create the account. I just needed to enter that information when I set up my payments AFTER the account was created. Which seemed odd to me why Decatur was asking me for my checking info even tho you don’t need that information to create an account. Heights as a whole company is wonderful. Corporate is always so kind and so helpful every time I’ve called.

I have reached out several times to get my account unlocked and the Decatur IL branch keeps telling me to try again in a few days. I have tried that 3 times. I have tried resetting password and then it states I have to contact my local branch and they do NOTHING. I am trying to pay my payments but it’s like they are trying to get me behind so they can get more money from me. I have records of every attempt I have tried to reach out to them. It would be nice if I could have someone unlock my account so I can make payments. And No I am not giving my bank account information over the phone. I have it set up on my online heights account for the past 5 years and I will continue that method IF they allow me too! HORRIBLE communication from Heights!
