I have been a client for a number of years. I am with other companies too, but I think Heights has the most compatible terms, as far as payment amounts and ease of getting the loan. Thank you for being so quick, in and out, and thoughtful.

Maria offered me an excellent service. She is very professional and kind.

Maria, was polite, excellent customer service skills, know her job duties and gave undivided attention to helping expedite my application loan within 24hrs -48hrs my loan was approved. So when need the BEST give Maria a call.

Deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received throughout my loan application process. The customer service I’ve experienced has been unprofessional, inefficient, and inconsistent with the standards I expected from your company—especially given the large number of similar complaints noted in your public reviews.
My application was submitted without your team collecting all of the necessary information from me. Despite this incomplete intake, my credit report was still pulled. After this, I received no follow-up communication regarding next steps, updates, or any explanation of the process. I had to contact your office myself just to understand what was happening with my own application.
Was met with dismissive tones and unhelpful responses from your representatives, which only added to my concerns about how my file is being handled.
I will consider filing complaints with regulatory bodies, regarding the mishandling of my application and the lack of disclosure prior to the credit inquiry.

Janet was for great and helpful she even skipped her lunch while waiting for me to get my stuff together at lunch and she even started up my auto payment schedule she was great the whole time and very helpful I would recommend her to everyone
