Kindness, Professionalism, taking time to explain.

As a former employee . The manager is the rudest and most hateful and impersonal person I’ve ever met in my entire life . Ungrateful and disrespectful are not even words to begin to describe my experience in working there . Uncomfortable and unwelcoming surpass the others . I would never recommend working there or doing business there . They are also very judgmental and rude to customers . It was embarrassing . I followed chain of command to address issues with said manager and found out others before me have had the same issues based on research of reviews . I gave notice and quit . The manger did not care to lose an employee. In conversation when addressing issues , she played victim. Never once cared to fix the issues at hand . I feel I was forced out and find it unfair . There was a new DM he was well aware of issues and right after I quit he was fired . He was making changes and they banned against him . I needed this job and had no issues with the company . There will be no one stay at that branch with a manager such as her . I was never offered, although suggested a transfer .

The staff is so nice and helpful!
We was having a hard time because we had to move and our beloved pug of 15 years passed away. The staff called us just to check up on us because they was very concerned,to me that that means the world......thank you to notch staff! 💙
