I’ve used them twice now and Stephen and his team always make you feel welcomed and walk you through every step to assure that you know what you are doing and understand the process, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The Joliet location was great! It was quick and easy and Bernadette, my loan specialist was great! She made it very simple and I got approved the same day.

I had gone to the branch in Joliet, IL to add funds to my existing account. I dealt with a great representative manager, his name is Stephen O’Conner. He was an absolute gentleman, the communication was excellent. I highly recommend heights finance in Joliet. The customer service was great and I was in and out relatively quickly. Great experience!
