I would love to report to you about the service I was given by one of your employees. Ms. Becky Rodgers was not given any information from a previous employee who I spoke with on Tuesday July 20th, 2021. Ms. Rodgers went over and over trying to help me with loan application and made it her personal challenge to help me feel at ease and proud to do business with her. Ms. Rodgers, Becky professionalism was Top Shelf and kind and polite that made me want to always rely on Heights Finance to do business with on all my future business.
I am so honored to speak to one of your representatives that made me feel important as well as a family member. These are literally the ONLY folks to get a loan from. Not as high of interest as many others..and look at all your assets not just credit based. Great folks to work with!
