I had finished paying my loan and told…
I had finished paying my loan and told me I would get my title back in 10 business day . Is been more than 10 business days and I still don't have my title. I think they lost my title. Will find out tomorrow.

These guys are great
These guys are great! My credit is not the greatest but they gave me a chance and looked at all options to get me approved for a trailer that we really need and they made it happen. They worked with the dealership well and found a way to get us in to a trailer we can afford and at an interest rate that is fair. Not like other financing companies who use the interest rate as a way to triple what they are lending you as well as using a ridiculously high interest rate to punish you for credit mishaps all while making you pay as I mentioned before 3 to 100 times more than what the item you are buying or money you are borrowing is actually worth. I hope to get to work with Heights again in my financial needs in the future. Thank you Jamianne and everyone else at Heights for taking a chance on me!

I called ahead for an appointment and got it quickly. The lady that waited on me was very helpful and friendly. Based on her performance alone, I will continue doing business with Heights Finance.
