I would prefer not to even have to give one star, but since I have to give it something I guess one star will have to do. About 15 years ago I did quite a bit of business with Heights Finance and never had any issues and then I had some fairly serious things happen in my life, and my credit tanked and I filed bankruptcy And somehow a small amount of money must’ve been left on my account over the years. Now 15 years later I keep getting advertisements saying I’m preapproved for a loan which we all know that preapproved doesn’t mean preapproved but still…. So I actually do need a loan. I’m trying to consolidate some debt and I was hopeful that I could get a Loan and to pay off whatever little amount they say is on there, and I was very excited about getting a loan. So using the correspondence they sent me I scanned the QR code and filled out the online application and it said I was prequalified for a 2000 to a $10,000 loan. That was about 7:30 AM this morning. At 8:31 as soon as your store opened someone called me. I wasn’t able to go over my information at that time, but I called back this afternoon and immediately I was told that I couldn’t get a loan. OK so why didn’t the person that called me check that out before they called me? Why even get my hopes up at all? I asked the guy that answered the phone if I could just pay the small amount and he said I couldn’t Really Heights—-You’re just never going to let me get a loan the rest of my life because of something that happened almost 2 decades ago? Well there’s other loan companies, but I was just hoping to do business with you guys but apparently that’s never going to happen. So Heights, please note in your corporate records, your local records or wherever my name is coming up that I’ve been blackballed and I’m never able to get a loan again ever! Please please quit sending me offers for loans. What do I have to do? I’ve sent requests in the past.for you to stop sending me preapproved offers for loans. So when I got this one recently, I thought maybe
they’re gonna finally give me a loan or maybe they’re going to let me roll it into my new loan or maybe they’ll let me pay it and then take out the loan but no, no to all of that so please take me off your list. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.

I had a very good experience with the service I received yesterday

I had called in to inquire about a personal loan to get some debt caught up, in speaking with a gentleman named John he informed me of the rates and the process of getting a loan. He explained that if i was able to use collateral I could see about consolidating all possible debt into one. i was nervous and scared when asking for assistance but he reassured me that they maybe able to help in some capacity. I will be completing and online application with in a few days once i get all debt compiled and ready. Great customer service and very friendly.
