Incredible customer care and service…

Incredible customer care and service from wonderful staff. The whole shopping experience was exemplary. My purchase was exactly what I wanted. The packaging superb and super fast dispatch. I cannot rate this independent store highly enough. What a gem of a find!

Received my Haws copper watering set
Beautifully crafted and work exceptionally well .
Without a doubt the best can and spray I have ever used
Fantastic company cheaper than Haws
Communication excellent and super fast delivery
Would certainly recommend both Heima and Haws 100%

What a great company

What a great company! I have ordered from them multiple times as they carry so many things that we need. Excellent website, easy ordering and comes expertly packed in a very quick fashion. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and appreciate this great small business in Yorkshire!

Never disappoints!!

I’ve bought from Heima before and I haven’t ever been disappointed. This time I had the cutest enamel pasta bowls and an enamel teapot, just gorgeous. Well wrapped and on time.
Highly recommend 🙌

Great range of items in a plastic free packaging

Very pleased with my recent order from the Heima store. A great selection of household items and more importantly everything is of a nice quality and with a thought of making the least harm to the environment. Plastic free packaging is always a joy to me, as it is such a rare thing nowadays. I definitely will be back as I fancy few more lovely garden tools and items for the kitchen.
