Easy to use and install, so I was happy from the start. After a few weeks my skin felt wayy better after showering. My girlfriend showers exclusively at my place now for the hair benefits. Game changer! Your water bill may go up because you'll want to shower all the time. Small price to pay

The product didn't fit my faucet, while unfortunate it happens. For that reason, I tried to cancel my subscription with them. It took 6 months of trying, multiple emails to customer service, and several negative reviews highlighting my experience with their customer service team to finally get them to cancel my subscription. I wish I could give them zero or negative stars after this experience.

The shower head was literally my best buy in 2025. I was skeptical at first, but then after 2 months I noticed a big positive impact on my skin and hair. I didn't know how damaging water in the US was, especially in LA. I'm so relieved I found out about this, it's just great and I really love the infused filter. 10/10 I recommend it 100%

This company and it filters are totally useless!
Don’t buy this product!!! The product they send you doesn’t fit and leaks.
When you try to get a refund it is almost impossible.
I actually did a dispute, and now I am opening another one because they tried to say I didn’t send the product back. I have the tracking number!
I will wait patiently for my bank to respond in my favor. I sent everything that was sent by Helio’s . An Emily Hart told an untruth about being able to refund.
Please don’t start a purchase with this scam of a company!

Easy to install, purchase, and fast delivery! Had White flakes from dry skin for months regardless of my skincare routine. Although it still appears during the colder seasons, the Helios sink filter helped immensely!

The shower head did not fit my sink and I’ve tried to cancel this subscription for months. They keep charging me even after they’ve said via email they will cancel and refund me. I just saw a charge for today. I will be contacting my credit card company. I looked at messages on their instagram page and other people are experiencing the same thing. Do not purchase this product.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered two filters over two months ago. Unfortunately none of the adapters fit my faucets so customer service told me to order some more from Amazon and they’d reimburse me. Those adapters didn’t fit either so I requested a return on the filters and to cancel the subscription. Responses were very slow, but I was given instructions to return. I had to pay for postage which was whatever, but made sure to ship fed ex so they’d be returned before the 30 day window was up. I heard nothing, so after a couple weeks I emailed them. Responses were slow again and they asked for tracking information to see if warehouse had it. I had thrown the fed ex receipt away, so I didn’t have it. I haven’t heard back, despite following up multiple times regarding the state of my refund. And now they keep trying to charge me for the filter subscription they won’t cancel, and it won’t let me cancel myself. I tried everything to make these filters work and all I’ve been met with is horrendous customer service. DO NOT buy from this company. I bought from another company, had adapter issues again and they immediately shipped me the adapter I needed and it’s been bliss ever since. I’d love for someone from Helios to contact me back and refund me my $100 and cancel my subscription.

A bug in their website resulted in a duplicate order they said they would cancel but never did, and the second order only arrived with only half of the items even though I’ve been charged. It’s taken a month of back and forth emails with no resolution and I never received the $150 shower head, seriously wondering if this is a scam.

This skincare filter really was amazing to use. Their customer service team was great and my skin definitely has made an improvement. Korean skincare is awesome!

None of the faucet adapters fit and you can't return it if you opened it. Total scam.
