Helix Binders レビュー

I had my thesis bound by them and it was a great experience all round! Really helpful service, good value and great final product.

Very professional fast and reliable service - they did an amazing job at my dissertation and their customer service was superb. Such an easy process.

I ordered a bound copy of my PhD thesis from Helix Binders and it was delivered quickly but I noticed that the details of my university were missing from the front cover even though I had requested this and the request had been confirmed. When I mentioned this to Helix, their response was immediate. The following day I received a proof copy of a new front cover to approve and once I had done this, a brand new copy of my thesis with correct front cover arrived by express courier two days later. The service I received from Helix Binders was exemplary and the communication was immediate right through the process of ordering to delivery. I cannot recommend Helix Binders highly enough.

Very happy with my thesis' that I ordered from Helix Binders. They did a great job. The books look very professional and I am very happy with my purchase. The books came well wrapped and nicely packaged.

I had two PhD dissertations printed, bound and sent within a week. Delighted with the result which is extremely professional and durable. Iain also sorted out an error I had made! Many thanks.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Iain, genuinely top-tier service from start to finish.

I had a fairly large order with a few different variations and customisation requests, and everything was handled perfectly. Iain was really easy to work with, quick to respond, and super accommodating throughout the whole process.

The final copies look amazing! really high-quality finish and you can tell a lot of care goes into the work.

If you’re looking for thesis binding or anything similar, I’d 100% recommend Helix Binders. Great service, great communication, and just a genuinely reliable business.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it.

Adam and Iain from Helix Binders provided help and advice from start to finish. Their software identified a problem in my pdf which I easily resolved. They facilitated supportively my specific needs and responded promptly to my queries. Offered reassurance throughout. This was unlike many of their competitors who gave the impression I was asking for too much. When I received the final package I was over the moon. My thesis is beautifully bound exactly as I asked. Thank you gentlemen for your amazing work.

Absolutely amazing service from Helix Binders! My order was processed and shipped incredibly quickly. I was genuinely impressed by how fast it arrived. The quality is top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great quality printing, binding, and a fast turnaround that's shipped safely.
Just make sure you know exactly what you want and you fill out your order form precisely.

Good quality binding. Looks nice. Excellent customer service.
Would recomend.

Fantastic personal service. I ordered an initial soft bound copy of my thesis to prepare for the viva, and then afterwards a small number of hardback copies for the final version. I had a slightly non-standard request which was accommodated each time with no problem. I am very glad I got the softbound copy as it made preparation a much better experience than it had been looking through my earlier drafts on screen or printed at uni. That said, the hardback option is well worth the extra cost - I am very pleased with the results.

Very helpful good communication and a great product and service. Thank you

Got three copies of my PhD thesis hardbound and printed. Fast delivery, competitive pricing, and good quality results

I placed my order on a Bank Holiday Monday. It wasn't urgently required so I didn't use the express service. I was surprised to hear from the printer the same day asking for a better logo. Even more surprised to actually receive the finished product on the Wednesday. Impressive service, and the finished product was very professional. As someone who worked in publishing for a decade, I can be quite fussy, but this exceeded expectations, in both finish and turnaround time.

Very happy with Helix Binders, they offer brilliant service and the finished product makes a lovely momentum.

Would definitely recommend.

Went today the service I received was great.

My experience with Helix Binders was horrible. I tried to order a binded thesis and sent an email as I had a few questions regarding their service. I only received a short response that did not answer my questions and after three follow-up emails I gave up and ordered my thesis somewhere else. If you are in a hurry and want to receive an answer from them, you better look for an alternative. I cannot recommend them.
