The best cleaner I've had so far. Lilbet from Hellamaid was so efficient, thorough and followed my instructions precisely. It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders when she left. Hellamaids service is super convenient. They can communicate via text if you want, send you reminders, and they even asked me ahead of time to send them what I want done and anything they should know. Honestly, don't hesitate Hellamaid cleaning service. Having someone come in and clean your place so that you can focus on other things you'd rather be doing (and are more important to you!) is such a great use of your money.

Communication was easy and they followed all my notes perfectly. This was a very nervous booking as I'm listing the property for sale, the listing photos came out perfect. Highly recommend Hellamaid.

Great experience with Hellamaid! The booking process was simple, the cleaner arrived on time, and the quality of the cleaning exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail really stood out. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Super energetic and did a wonderful job on our floors (we have 3 cats so it’s a lot of hair lol). Everything sparkles.

Booked Hellamaid 3 weeks in advance to do a move-out cleaning. They contacted me 1.5 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment for the following month because they had no cleaners available. This obviously would not work because the cleaning needs to be done before the move-out date, hence why I booked the move-out service, and why I booked 3 weeks in advance.
I called their customer service line. The agent was barely audible. After asking several times to be transferred to another agent with a clearer line, I was told that they only have one customer service agent. After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was sent to a voicemail box. I never received a callback.

I am very particular about my kitchen counters and Priya blew me away. She moved every single appliance to wipe underneath them, which most cleaners skip. The booking process with the office was also seamless. Excellent service all around.

Sarah did a fantastic job with our move-out clean! She managed to get the oven looking brand new, which I thought was impossible. Super polite and didn't mind our loud barking dog either. Will absolutely request her again.

Abir worked quickly and efficiently getting a lot done in 3 hours with fantastic results. I would recommend this company as they are easy and friendly to work with. Help scheduling and making changes is a quick call with friendly people to help .
